Midknight Review -- new and revised: Lawrence O'Donnell of MSNBC, is a window into the heart and soul of H. Obama - specifically, he wants to criminalize all conservative speech and protest.

MSNBC: Republicans on the House Ways and Means Committee called conservative grassroots activists to testify about filing their 501(c)4 applications with the IRS. But no GOP lawmakers asked why the IRS is not complying with the law that states that 501(c)4s must be devoted "exclusively" to social welfare.

The fact of the matter is this: Lawrence O'Donnell is lying, deliberately misrepresenting the truth as to what the 501c4 allows. For a relatively objective review of the matter, go to pbs.org and read its "Frontline" article. Understand that the National Right to Life organization and the Serra Club, have held this classifacation for decades, neither is neutral when it comes to expressing their political views as to party politics, and that is all this classification limits. Any of these groups can speak out on issues; none of them can actively and overtly support a particular party or politician . . . . . . . and none of the conservative groups have done so. Understand that "social welfare" includes the education of the population as to issues, whether politically heated or not.

The Stated Nonsense from the Left now includes these Progressive goals:

July 2, 2008, Obama had this to say: "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

MICHELLE OBAMA: "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation."
