AG Sessions has taken steps to limit the use (abuse) for those who claim asylum:

The Department of Justice is crafting a plan that would prohibit any migrant convicted of crossing the border illegally from receiving asylum, Vox reported Friday.
The plan, a copy of which was viewed by Vox, would also further restrict the ability of Central Americans to claim domestic or gang violence as a reason to request asylum.
One source told Vox that the proposed changes are "the most severe restrictions  . . . .

Trump will not be invited to McCain's funeral. The McCains hate Trump.

Editor's notes:  By 2006 ,  I and millions of other conservatives had completely given up on John McCain.  His challenge of Bush in 2004.  After he failed in his presidential bid, his bitterness spoiled over into  rants against hard right conservatives and the evangelical church.  2006 was the year the GOP lost both houses of congress,  in part,  because of a conservative rebellion against the likes of John McCain.  In other words,  2006 was the demonstrable end of the conservative voters' willingness to compromise with the Liberal Left.  No more name calling from the bastards on the Left.  No more accepting their pretense of acceptance,  of being the party of The Big Tent.  No more of their fame job against the Right. Me,  I am done with that  crap.  And there are millions just like me.  Not willing to compromise as we have done years without end.  Willing to walk away from the GOP,  but, not ready for a street battle. So we believe in the cops and the courts,  but as soon as those two entities fail us,  that is when the war actually begins.  I hasten to add,  "we" have confidence in law enforcement, that is why you see our cops supported by the Right side of the aisle and not by Left Wing leadership.

Daily Caller:  Meghan McCain said on Friday that she is “never going to forgive” President Trump for his attacks on her father, Senator John McCain.
“The View” co-host made the comments during an interview in Austin, Texas at the Lyndon B. Johnson presidential library. She was there to accept the LBJ Liberty and Justice for All Award on behalf of Sen. McCain, according to The Hill.
“[Trump’s] comments are never going to be OK with me, especially at this moment in my life. I’m never going to forgive it. I’m never going  . . . .

Justin Trudeau's retaliatory tariff list is a bit humorous, don't you think?

We have put a tariff on steal and aluminum and Canada strikes back with tariffs on orange juice, bourbon, toilet paper, sleeping bags and ketchup.  An "no,"  I didn't write that list with a straight face,  The list true and I was laughing at each entry.

And we say, "Duh."

Obama to Dems: ‘You are right to be concerned’ about Trump

And this big eared clown is the smartest member of the Progressive Party,  today  (?!!!). Seriously ?

My prediction for Supreme Court Justice.

My money is on Amy Barrett.  You will find out who she is soon enough,  but she is on the President's short list.

This is Jeff Sessions trying to stay relevant

Federal officials are charging 601 people, including more than 100 medical workers, for fueling opioid addiction in the largest bust of health care fraud in U.S. history.

The Department of Justice revealed the charges Thursday, which were brought as part of an annual effort to dismantle schemes across the country involved in scamming health care programs. The takedown included the arrest of 76 doctors, 23 pharmacists, 19 nurses and several hundred others involved in prescribing and distributing massive quantities of opioid medications, resulting in more than $2 billion in fraudulent costs to federal health care programs and insurers, reports NBC News.

This is what Civil War (a shooting war) would look like:

This article is timely if not important,  because the Left has decided that physical war is their best alternative.  I first saw the Party of Tolerance  in action back in 1987/1988,  at the time the anti-abortion Anthony Kennedy was being confirmed for the Supreme Court.  During that time,  Democrats went to the streets and made it clear that his confirmation coupled with any move to ban abortion on the Federal level would be met with physical rebellion.  Of course,  that did not happen,  but not before the Left came out of their closet relating to its willingness to physically attack . . . .

It doesn't caost anything to investigate this. Maybe you will meet a new friend.

Vacational training per the Perkins Act is a part of the Trump tax/jobs strategy.

Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006
The President signed the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 2006 into law on August 12, 2006.
The Act calls for an increase focus on the academic achievement of career and technical education students, strengthening connections between secondary and postsecondary education, and improving state and local accountability.
Towards that end, the State was required to submit a State Plan that outlined it's goals and objectives over the life of the legislation.
The Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) is a final report that is due to the federal government each December and outlines those activities undertaken with the Perkins funding and how well the state did in meeting it's objectives, goals, and expected state levels of performance as outlined under the Act.

About those tax cuts: Was it only about "tax cuts."

The corporate rate being lowered from 35% to 21% ,  the ability to deduct 100% of a company's material/inventory investments in the first year of those investments, are features of the most comprehensive tax reform in 30 years.  So,  "No,"  the individual tax cuts (which actually go into effect in 2019 , April 15),  were not the only issues addressed by the Trump economist.  See notes on vocational training

You've heard of "supply side economics?"  Here is an excellent definition . . . . .

About about those tax cuts: it only gets better and better.

6 million working Americans received bonuses and wage hikes directly related to tax credits given to the nation's CEO's.  And,  next year,  a family with three children will see a $3000 tax cut,  and,   that is written in stone. I am saying,  60 /80 million families will have their paycheck  . . . . .

Major Media is trying to turn Maxine Waters into some kind of victim:

“Congresswoman Maxine Waters, an extraordinary low IQ person, has become, together with Nancy Pelosi, the Face of the Democrat Party.   She has just called for harm to supporters, of which there are many, of the Make America Great Again movement. Be careful what you wish for Max!”

AOL posted this Presidential tweet with the accusation of a Trump threat to Waters!  Incredible.  Maxine Waters has been a domestic terrorist for. . . . . .

You don't know Democrat Joe Crowley but if you did, you really would not like the guy . . . and now he is gone.

You don't know Democrat Joe Crowley but if you did,  you really would not like the guy  . . .  and now he is gone. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy  . . .   the 4th most powerful Democrat House member.    He has been replaced by a Bernie Sanders Socialist directly out of the Democratic Socialists of America.  There are about 20 Democrats running as unapologetic Socialists  . . . .   all of this thanks to Barack Obama and his restructuring of the Democrat Party,  working to rid the party of its more

Crowley was soundly beaten by a member of the Democrat Socialists of America,  a 28 year old woman who wants free healthcare for all,  abolition of all border control agencies including ICE,  free public funded higher education and a guaranteed wage for all,  working or not.

This is the Democrat Party of the future  . . . . .

Texans give the NFL the thumbs down and Texas is a rabid Pro-Football state:

If black activist athletes within the NFL decide to stand for the anthem with raised fists,  folks such as this editor,  a typical NFL sports fan,  simply will never watch the NFL again,  and no one enjoys the NFL more than I do.  Commissioner Goodell failed to "nip this insult to our flag,"  and now,  after the NFL has lost more than 12% of its income in 2017,  we have polls predicting the death of the NFL.

KENNEDY TO RETIRE JULY 31st

Something else for the Left to whine and cry about:

SCOTUS: Lower court must rehear flower shop case in light of recent gay wedding cake ruling.

This was one of the major headlines of the day,  on Tuesday.  The "flower shop decision" was a Washington State Supreme decision that went against a Christian florist and has made its way to the High Court.  Problem:   Now that the Supreme Court has decided in favor of a Colorado Christian baker/artist,  it has apparently advised against the Washington State decision (flower shop owner).

The High Court which refused to hear the case,  is advising for a review of its decision by the Washington State Supremes before accepting the case.  Clearly,  the High Court intends to reverse the Washington State decision but offers the State a second redeeming chance "to get it right,"  in view of the very recent High Court baker decision.

Understand,  "we" patriots are returning this country back to its roots.  And,  like taking candy away from a baby,  the Left is throwing a fit.

Oh well, and, now you know.

ProLife centers in California do not have to advertise for . . . .

The U.S. Supreme Court found Tuesday a California law requiring pro-life crisis pregnancy centers to provide information about state-funded abortions likely violates the First Amendment.
Tuesday’s decision does not strike down the California law, known as the Reproductive FACT Act. The case reached the Court on a request to temporarily stay the FACT Act, not on the merits.
“In this case, the government used its power to force pro-life pregnancy centers to provide free advertising for abortion,” said Michael Farris of the Alliance Defending Freedom, who was lead counsel for the clinics. “The Supreme Court said that the government can’t do that, and that it must respect pro-life beliefs.”
There are some 200 pro-life pregnancy centers in California.  Read more here.

How harmful is FentanyL and how much of this junk came into the country last year?

Here is the bad news:  Mexico smuggles this stuff across our Southern border and it needs to pay for this particular criminal enterprise.  Last year,  Border agents seized 1476 pounds of this killer narcotic  (an opioid).  You say,  "Is that all?  What's the big deal?"

Answer:  On a news broadcast at NBC earlier this week,  the reporter made the point  that 20 pounds of FentanyL can kill as many as 4 million users.  Terrible.  And so I restate,  Mexico owns us a fortune in hospital costs and the cost of burying our dead.  Of course Mexico will never get a bill,  but it should.

Now you know,  and,  if a user,  stay away from this drug! Go smoke a flower or shoot up a dog turd.  They probably will be better for you than Fentanyl.

Elizabeth Warren's community rip-off scheme, bankrolling Progressive causes including funding Progressive candidates is missing 41million dollars, Anybody surprised?

Mulvaney Wants A Refund For What The Government Paid Obama’s Ad Agency
by Thomas Phippen
The CFPB prepaid GMMB advertising firm for media buys and for labor costs, but the invoices the agency has on record were missing source documentation. “Without reviewing source documents for the liquidation of media placement or invoiced labor-hour charges, the [contracting officer’s representative] could not ensure that the Bureau was accurately charged or paid the correct amount for the goods and services received,” the OIG concluded.
GMMB won a contract to produce various advertising materials for the CFPB in 2013, shortly after the agency came into existence as part of the Dodd-Frank Act. GMMB competed for the contract against three other firms, and at first the contract was supposed to be for $11.5 million for five years. The number grew as the bureau worked with GMMB, eventually reaching $43 million total by February 2018.
Of the 22 task orders the OIG audited . . . .

Harley Davidson is a sell-out; been that way for several years (they just didn't want you to know).

Click on image to enlarge. Been to Sturgis on this puppie.

Business & Economy :      Trump accuses Harley-Davidson of using tariffs as excuse to move overseas

Understand that Harley Davidson lost 12% of its domestic business year to year,  in 2017,  in the United States.  It has been building and selling in foreign countries for several years and is not the patriotic icon it used to be.  Me?   I like the sound of a Harley,  but,   I own a VTX 1800 Honda that will destroy most Harleys on the road, today,  and its rumble is every bit as dynamic as a Harley.

Supremes approved Trump's "travel ban."

It was a 5-4 decision and denied the novel/silly Liberal argument that a president's campaign rhetoric should be considered in High Court decision.  Nonsense !  the libs would have never used that argument had Hillary been president.  In fact,  campaign rhetoric has never been a qualifier for the Supremes when stacked against the "absolute power" of the President.  And this was such a case,  one that involved the absolute authority of a sitting President.  The High Court reaffirmed the authority of a sitting president to make policy dealing with those coming into this country.

Update:  In fact,  Barack "I wannabe a Muslim" Obama used this same  "presidential authority" principle during his administration.  Bam !  End of discussion.

Update # 2:  Trumps "travel ban" included Libya, Syria, Iran, Yemen, and, Somalia  (all Muslim nations) AND, two non Muslim countries,  Venezuela and North Korea.   There are 46 Muslim nations NOT named in the ban, and,  no mention whatever so ever of religion.  So,  of course it passed through the High Court.  Activist judges on the Court is the only reason the decision was not 9-0.

They have finally had enough of the very ugly Maxine Waters (and we are not talking about her looks)

From the Editor:  Reminder of what this ridiculous person did on Sunday.  She gathered a small crown on the street,  and told them to harass any member of the Trump cabinet or folks they saw in a bank or gas station.  "Stop,  get a crowd and tell them 'you are not wanted here.' "  Look,  these people  fire bombed a GOP office in S. Carolina, stormed a baseball field and tried to kill every Republican playing ball,  that day,  physically harassed our Secretary of State and Florida's Attorney General.   The Right never does  this sort of thing.  Keep pushing us,  and things will change  . . . .  take it to the bank.  So,  this is the context for the following :

The Daily Caller:  Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs on Monday introduced a measure that would censure Rep. Maxine Waters and ask her to resign for inciting people to publicly confront Trump administration officials.
Biggs told The Hill that Waters’ comments do “not become somebody who’s in Congress” and warrant disciplinary action.
“So we just introduced it, we have some cosponsors, but what she did was to basically incite people to come after and attack members of the president’s cabinet,” the Arizona Republican told The Hill. “And also spread that out to more people.”
“Everybody agrees that it was just highly objectionable what she did,” he added.

Gallup with its release on Monday morning, has Trumps approval at 45% - as high as Barack or Bush at the same point in their first term.

Ever heard of Janet Reno? Family separations started with her . . . back in the 1990's.

Conclusion:  Turns out that hate,  death threats, AR 15 gun attacks on GOP congressmen,  and rape threats against the women of the GOP,  are not winning the hearts and minds of the nation.
******
Yes,  family separations have been going on for two decades,  so don't tell me that the Left cares about "the children."  And,  most of today's detention centers were constructed under the Obama Administration.  Here is the good news:  The Left has not lost its last election.  The current attack on our federal officials will cost the Democrat Party its political power.

Think about it.  The 2018 midterm should mirror past first term midterm elections.  The first midterm for Bill Clinton saw the Democrats lose 53 seats in the House.  The first midterm under Obama saw his radicalized party lose 64 seats in the House.  By all historic standards,  the current midterm cycle should have the Democrats 30/50 seats ahead

The North Korean negotiations are bringing our dead home from that country . . . after nearly 70 years.

Editor's note:  Trump is the first president in our life time to secure the release of our dead soldiers, in mass.   N Korea has agreed to do all that it can to return the bodies of those who died in the Korean Conflict,  a war that has never been ended by treaty.

The Left is driven by ignorance to the exclusion of anything called 'patriotism." They are officially "the enemy within."

Washington Times:   At least two cable TV news channels cut away from President Trump’s event Friday with families of people killed by illegal immigrants, switching to reports about the separation of illegal immigration families at the border.
CNN and MSNBC pivoted

Finally, folks on the Left are acknowledging the brilliance of our First Lady.

New York (AFP) - A year after moving into the White House with her young son to rejoin her husband, Melania Trump -- this most enigmatic of presidential wives -- demonstrated once more this week she is anything but the typical US first lady.
As the United States grapples with a political crisis sparked by the forcible separation of migrant children from their parents, the 48-year-old ex-model and Slovenian immigrant flew to

The Hill versus Politico. The Hill is far less partisan than Politico. Here is an example as to why we blogroll The Hill:

From The Hill:   Americans care about children. We get upset when we hear stories or see images of children in distress. The problem is, some in positions of power exploit that concern to achieve their political agendas. They use words and show images that don’t reflect the truth  . . . .

The playbook goes something like this:

Patriots have no one to date? Seriously?

Eliza Relman / Business Insider: Young Trump staffers are complaining they can't date in DC because everyone hates them

So move.  Or look to neighboring communities.  But don't pretend there are no quality singles left to plunder.

Apparently,  Eliza Relman has listened to the complaints of three or four

Charles Krauthammer, a truly great man, has passed into the next life

A life of consequence has past

Charles Krauthammer, a longtime Fox News contributor, Pulitzer Prize winner, Harvard-trained psychiatrist and best-selling author who came to be known as the dean of conservative commentators, has died. He was 68.
His death had been expected after he wrote a heartbreaking letter to colleagues, friends and viewers on June 8 that said in part “I have been uncharacteristically silent these past ten months. I had thought that silence would soon be coming to an end, but I’m afraid I must tell you now that fate has decided on a different course for me…
““Recent tests have revealed that the cancer has returned. There was no sign of it as recently as a month ago, which means it is aggressive and spreading rapidly. My doctors tell me their best estimate is that I have only a few weeks left to live. This is the final verdict. My fight is over.”

What's happened to Midknight Review and the rest of the blogging world. A note to readership.

Note to readership:  As you know,  three weeks ago,  Google changed it's algorithms that direct traffic to or away from this blog  (every blog) .  My traffic drop from a 500 to700 average to 50/60   . . . .  in a single 24 hour period,  AND,  folks cannot comment to the blog.

I have paid a $500 one time fee to "Join Me," a site that re-directs traffic to the blog.  Could be

About Peter Fonda and his expressed wish that Barron be kidnapped by an abuser.

Apparently,  Fonda issued an apology sometime late Wednesday.  My thinking,  for what it is worth?  No one within my realm of influence thinks Fonda and folks like Kathy Griffin,  should be allowed to issue their phony apologies.  Instead,

Here is the problem re the current immigration issue:

While this blog is right leaning and partisan for the Conservative Cause  (not necessarily "GOP") ,  this editor does care about reporting his understanding of the truth.  As relates to the separation of children from illegals,  there is no path to  a definitive "truth" on the matter.  The debate has been overwhelmed by hate and distrust with no solution to those two narrative killing emotions.

The facts are fairly obvious:  Obama created most of the shelters into which the children are placed.  All facilities I have seen,  are clean and

Peter Fonda wants Barron Trump kidnapped. Time to start throwing some of these Democrats in jail

Peter Fonda,  who has DONE NOTHING TO DEAL WITH THE ACTUAL KIDNAPPING OF CHILDREN INTO THE UNITED STATES,   wants to kidnap Barron and,  no doubt,  shoot Malania and President Trump.

Careful Peter "Chicken Little" Fonda.  It is your family who refuses to fight for our freedoms.  Want to have a fight with Trump supporters?  They are the ones who sign up to fight our wars.  Best to stay in the chicken pen and stop threatening our first family.  And some of you voted for these people !!!

A brief discussion dealing with China/USA tariffs and "child separation" issues.

Who is winning the China/USA trade kerfuffle?  A look at the Markets might give us a hint:  While we are not having a good day today,  loses are nothing unusual  . . .  to date.  China on the other hand,  its Market has lost 4% of its growth during the same period of time.

But,  of course,  the Marxists among us,  i.,e. the national media,  is rooting for China. Good for them.  They have been on the wrong side of the past 17 major disagreements with Trump,  and went down to defeat on all but this latest "child separation."

And,  on that score,  the fact remains that child separations are demanded with the 1997 Supreme Court decision if if if if our government enforces border law and order as dictated by written law.  The fact that the media and the Dems stopped caring about written law years ago is beyond dispute.    Sadly, however,  optics trump law.  So the Dems  can stage "kids in lock up"  and no one cares.  For Millennials, they can understand picture .  Words?  Not so much.  So what we have, here,  is an ignorant electorate manipulated by the likes of Schumer,  Pelosi and Kamala Harris.  Best to force a vote on changing the law,  and,  get it over with,  than wait six months and deal with it during the election cycle.  Understand that if the GOP deals with the problem,  and,  stops child separation  (something the Dems never thought of prior to this time) ,  the Millennial constituency will have forgotten about the issue within weeks.  Take it to the bank.

Even if the Dems are successful in forcing Trump to "solve the problem on his own,"  the Dems lose.  Understand that the GOP can and should argue that, if Trump is alone (which I do not think will happen) ,  he can argue that he was forced into unilateral action because the Dems refused to deal with the issue.  We win.  They lose.

Here is the difference between what Germany did and what Trump is doing with the children

The detention centers are not even similar to the Gulags of WW II Germany.  The children sent to the Gulags never came back.  They were murdered in the Gulags.  Murdered.  And that was the purpose for the Gulag  . . . .   a holding facility for the expressed purpose of murder.  No one - relatively speaking - survived.  No playgrounds.  No entertainment for the children.  No baths.  No toilet facilities.  It takes a special, low class, individual to insist that the two facilities  (our border holding centers and the Gulag) are in anyway, similar. Such is the worst kind of lie,  and the Dems come up with this kind of crap every election season.

The Japanese detention: Some of the Classless Left,  forgo the Gulag comparison, and, instead,  push the Japanese detention centers comparison.  Problem.  While the folks in those centers were treated humanely,  they lived in those centers for several years.  The immigrant child lives in a center for only a few days,  in most cases only 20 days (per a 1997 Supreme Court demand).

A winning strategy in the debate about separation:

There is lots of talk coming from the Dems, even posting pictures  (two have gone viral) of children crying for their parents.  Both pics were taken in 2014,  one was staged at a demonstration;  the other was taken of kids in clean animal shelter cages during the Obama years.  Shameful.

How to deal with this level of deception?  This may not be a winning strategy,  but it is worth a try.  I say,  force the Dems to argue for a permanent band against our Northern and Southern borders as a matter of Democrat Party Policy.  Force them to invite MS 13 and the citizens of Honduras,  El Salvador and the remaining Central American countries into the United States.  I say,  force the Dems into this policy as they explain their solutions to the obvious existential problems (to our country) created by their newly stated domestic policy.

With all the negative Marxist talk about the current "doomsday trade wars," you need to know . . .

With all the negative Marxist talk about the current "doomsday trade wars,"  you need to know that 61%  38% of America believes the nation is on the right track ,  the best such numbers in 12 years,  predating anything Obama tries to brag about.

Understand that these numbers come from Gallup and demonstrate a growing appreciation for the Trump agenda.

If you watch Fox Business you know who Maria is and she says . . .

According to Maria Bartiromo,  the young trade war is having more of a negative effect on China than on the U.S.  Time will tell,  but experts on her program this morning,  Tuesday the 19th,  believe that the passion of this current trade crisis is cooling off,  with expected down turn  (that is good) happening by the end of this day,
With all the talk of "trade wars,"  the over-all affect on our economy,  and,  specifically,  the  Market,  is minimal.  The average man on the street has not be affected at all.
Understand that the "cooling" predictions of the day,  are great news for the Administration.  If we come out of this with meaningful concessions from our trading partners,  score a big win for President Trump.

Update:  Turns out that,  according Stewart Varney,  the Chinese Market has been hurt "much more" than the American Market with Trump threatening another 250 billion in tariffs.  Understand that bi-lateral trade imbalance is NOT the primary issue driving the current "war."  Rather,  it is about China's commitment to stealing our technical secrets.

Here is the problem with Hillary quoting the Bible -

Hillary: Separating Families Contrary to Religious Values — Jesus ‘Did Not Say Let the Children Suffer’

Yeah right,  Everyone knows that Christ was talking about US border policy, I say sarcastically.    Sorry but one of the most corrupt politicians of our time has no business giving us her opinion about Christ's admonition.  In every aspect of her life,  she has shown a disregard for the words of Jesus and his leadership in her life.

Don't mean to go "religious" on you all,  but she has no moral authority to speak out about biblical admonitions.  Let's just leave it at that.

In due time,  her party is going to throw out any reference to God.  They tried to do it in 2012.  Make note,  they will soon be the official party of Nothing  (theologically speaking).  So,  I couldn't care less what Democrat leadership has to say when it comes to biblical theology.

Trump with Gallup has polling marks equal to Obama and Bush at same point in his presidency.

  • President Donald Trump's approval rating is at an all-time high of 45% in the Gallup weekly tracking poll.
  • And his disapproval rating has hit a near-low of 50%.
  • His current approval rating at his point in his presidency lines up with the ratings of other presidents at similar points in their first terms.
  • His new spike in approval could take a hit due to the backlash against the administration's controversial policy that has led to separating families at the border.

Here is a much needed update on the separated child "crisis" the Dems have seen crying about.

Secretary of HHS,  Kirstjen Nielsen,  tweeted this yesterday:

This misreporting by Members,  press & advocacy groups must stop.  As I have said many times before,  if you are seeking asylum for your family,  there is no reason to beak the law and illegally cross between ports of entry.  You are not breaking the law by seeking asylum at a port of entry.  We do not have a policy of separating families at the border,  Period.  For those seeking asylum at ports of entry,  we have continued the policy from previous Administrations and will only separate if the child is in danger,  there is no custodial relationship between 'family' members , or if the adult has broken the law.

Danney Williams is demanding a paternity test, which he says will prove . . . .

Danney Williams is demanding a paternity test,  which he says will prove that he is Bill Clinton's son.  All Bill has to do is spit into a cup,  and mail it in.  Sounds simple enough.  And if the kid is wrong,  he will have been easily exposed.

Just to be clear: Our first Nationalist President is NOT Donald J Trump

Nope.  Not even close.  Our first nationalist, "tribal," "cultish" president was George Washington.  Barack was our first Saul Alinsky/Marxist inspired European Socialist president,  and,  hopefully,  the last.

To reiterate,  we have elected 43 nationalist presidents before Obama and Trump.  That's an unadulterated fact of life.  And now,  we are in the process of repairing our nation after the disastrous eight year presidency of our first wannabe Muslim president   . . . .   a man who had never even managed a fruit stand.  He had no qualifications as a Commander and Chief,  as a financial guru, as an economist,  nor as a world leader.  He had a law degree which he strangely abandoned after winning the presidency,  and, is our first presidential "scholar" without a published,  peer-reviewed paper.   In fact,  the only writings he has ever published are two auto-biographies!  What does that tell you about our 44th President?

As to his legacy,  after eight years,  his Democrat Party has been left smoldering in ruins,  and,  at its political weakest since Reconstruction (1865).  Worse yet,  the Democrat Party is without a leader.

Now you know.

The Right wins again!

Yes,  that is funny boy Jimmy Kimmel getting schooled by Ted Cruz in
a one-on-one charity challenge.  The half court challenge saw Kimmel
go down in defeat,  9 -11 .  One of these days,  Cruz will run for President,
again,  and he may have captured the trust of the Trump Right by that time.
He certainly has been a huge supporter of the Trump Agenda.

Remember the Prez DACA plan? Well, child separations were addressed in that bill.

Remember the Prez' plan to include more than 2 million kids in DACA (the Dems only wanted 800,000)?  Separations and immigrant childcare were addressed in that bill. Kellyanne Conway revealed this to Chuck Todd on Meet the Press,  Sunday.

In that bill,  President Trump nearly doubled the capacity of our child detention centers,  but the Dems refused to fund that program (just to make him look bad). I am betting you did not know this.

The AP does not think a news update on the Mueller Investigation is worth a mention. We agree.

1. LAWMAKERS, REPORTERS VISIT BORDER DETENTION FACILITY
Hundreds of migrant children are held in a series of cages, separated from their parents at the converted South Texas warehouse.
2. ‘THEY’RE WILLING TO RISK HARM TO A CHILD’
The Trump administration has been steadily eroding protections for immigrant children and families since the president’s inauguration.
3. AT LEAST 5 DIE AS SUV CRASHES WHILE FLEEING BORDER AGENTS
The vehicle carrying 14 people went out of control at more than 100 mph in South Texas, ejecting most of the occupants, a sheriff says.
4. FIVE OUT OF SIX TOP WORLD CUP TEAMS WINLESS
Top-ranked Germany loses to No. 15 Mexico, second-ranked Brazil ties No. 6 Switzerland, No. 4 Portugal battles 10th-ranked Spain to a draw, and No. 5 Argentina ties 22nd-ranked Iceland.
5. WHY ROGER STONE GETS SPECIAL COUNSEL’S ATTENTION
Robert Mueller is investigating a previously undisclosed meeting between the longtime Trump confidante and a Russian figure accused of trying to sell him dirt on Hillary Clinton.
6. CONSERVATIVE POISED TO BECOME COLOMBIA PRESIDENT
Ivan Duque promises to roll back a fragile peace accord with leftist rebels that has divided the South American nation.
7. SHOOTING AT NJ ARTS FESTIVAL INJURES 22
Four people, including a teenager, are critically wounded in what could be gang-related gunfire at the Trenton, N.J. event.
8. WOMAN STRANGLES RABID BOBCAT AFTER IT ATTACKS
DeDe Phillips of northeast Georgia is being treated for rabies and recovering from a broken finger and several bite and claw wounds to her hands, arms, chest and legs.
9. WHO WINS ‘BLOBFISH CLASSIC’
Sen. Ted Cruz beats late-night TV host Jimmy Kimmel in their charity game, which The Houston Chronicle described as a “slow motion car-crash of half-court basketball.”
10. BROOKS KOEPKA REPEATS AS US OPEN CHAMP

Remember Saturday, I made the charge that the "separated child" crisis began under Obama? Well . . . .

the Whitfield photo
Democratic Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar admitted Saturday that the Obama administration attempted to cover up the child migrant crisis occurring at the Southern border.

“It was kept very quiet under the Obama Administration. There were large numbers of people coming in. The Obama administration was trying to keep this quiet,” Cuellar told CNN’s Fredricka Whitfield.

Whitfield displayed a 2014 image of migrant children held in cages at a detention center, and Cuellar said that he released similar photos of children separated from their parents.

In other words,  the "separated child crisis" was actually an inherited crisis for the Trump Administration.  What we have here,  is another serious failing on the part of the wannabee president Obama.  Another example of  a man in over his head,  misunderstanding the complexities of government change.  Having never led people to affect fundamental change at any level,  he had no clue how to solve domestic problems, and, so,  he didn't.

Trump is left with this issue.  The Dems want to ignore current law.  The GOP wants to change existing law and search for solutions that cannot be challenged.

What about all those immigrant children thrown into cages? Any truth to that?

Well,  under the Obama Administration,  some of these immigrant children were placed in clean dog kennel cages.  A picture of this made the Marxist Media two weeks ago accompanied by charges that "this is how the Trump Administration dealt the immigrant children."  The picture was from 2014 and the accusations were a lie.   In 1997, the Supreme Court  held that children could not be detained in jails or detention facilities.  90% of the children crossing the border come here without their parents.

<<< Scott Gustin, a content manager for Tribune Broadcasting, reveals that the image was taken from a staged protest in Dallas. They actually had people in a cage, including the above child, had him cry, and snapped and shared the photo!

Brietbart news and other media were invited by HHS,  to the San Diego border to view the childcare facilities there.  You can read the Brietbart account, here.  I will let the pictures speak for themselves.  Just know that detained children remain separated from their parents for no more than 20 days,  provided the the parent(s) are not convicted criminals.

Editor's note:  While there may be some circumstances that need attention,  they stem from the Obama years and his administration,  one that deported more folks back to Mexico than any administration in history (per Obama's own words) and separated kids from parents  throughout that his eight year administration.  And the Media did nothing.

China an equal trading partner with the U.S. ?

USA, China announce new tariffs in escalation of trade war...

China trades billions with us,  yet,  our economy is twice the size of that nation.  Maybe we really do need a business approach to government?  Sure as the world,  politicians have no clue  . . . . .   Oh wait, isn't that what the Prez has been telling us for 20 years?

Remember that picture of our President being put in his place at the G7 (lower left)?

Remember that picture of our President being put in his place at the G7 (lover left)?  Turns out Trump was having a good time.  He agreed with g& document signed by all,  only to have Trudeau back-stab him after he left. But hey,  Justin was only following the advice of Barack,  aka Commander of the Resistance.

November 8, 2016. Lets never forget.

Hillary crafted these words to frame the Bush Presidency. Turns out . . . . . . .

Turns out,  these words of Hillary are a perfect description of Barack Obama,  our first totalitarian/socialist President,  choosing to rule outside and in opposition to Congress for the last 6 years of his presidency.  We remind you because he has not gone away.  Not sure as to his continuing  influence, but,  he is running around,  pretending to be in-charge of the "resistance."

Now we know why Trump fired Comey.

Nov 22,2016
FBI Lawyer and FBI employee

Employee: Is it making you rethink your commitment to the Trump administration?

Lawyer:  Hell no.  Viva resistance.

Editor: The above is one of hundreds of in-house communicate,  top floor FBI agents, expressing their resolve/ disappointment in dealing with Trumps victory over Hillary Clinton.

The primary take-away in the above is the realization that the "resistance" was well underway just days after the election and a month and a half before the inauguration.  Progressive Democrats had no intentions of honoring the election and were more than wiling to use 7th Floor FBI agents and employees to impeach Trump,  even before he had been sworn in as our President.

The Inspector General's report,  released on Thursday,  is as harsh a critique of the FBI as has ever been written.  568 without a break in charges against the FBI for its expressed bias.  While these agents were careful not to place their contempt for the election into the form of official FBI policy,  it is more than clear that FBI bias was everywhere within the leadership of that organization.

Five agents have been referred to the in-house ethic agency as a result of the Inspector General's   report.  It is believed that their names will be unmasked during Congressional hearings,  beginning on Monday of next week.

Finally,  what is significant with this report,  is the fact that after months and months of GOP/conservative complaints,  their charges of unfairness and blatant bias have been codified by the highest of ranking government inspectors.  And,  the firing of James Comey has been officially defended.

Understand that the notion of a Trump obstruction case has been severally damaged with the release of this report.

Now you know with much more to come.

Regarding the Iranian Deal, Obama wanted us to believe that . . . . and he was wrong if not lying.

Regarding the Iranian Deal,  Obama wanted us to believe that this agreement was irrevocable in a practical sense.   Turns out Barack  was wrong if not lying and the following brief proves my point  ~  editor.

After screaming about the US decision to void the Iranian "deal and begin the work of re-imposing sanctions with the view of actually solving the Iranian nuke issue and its threat to Isreal and the larger Middle Eastern region,  You should know Trump is bringing presser to bear on tanker companies, their insurers,  and the threat of company sanctions, per a  Reuters reported .

Iran’s total oil exports have averaged around 2.5 million bpd in recent months, peaking in April, just before the U.S. withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal.  Current Iranian  oil exports are higher than this year’s average.   But the new U.S. sanctions promise to be far more effective than the Progressive World wanted you to believe.  Turns out that all that talk about the impossibility of re-issuing sanctions was so much nonsense.  Difficult, yes.  Impossible,  far from it.

Understand that this news (Trump's and the stark reality it posits,  will complicate the opposition to the Trump decision to vacate the Iranian "Deal."  Companies in France,  one of the three other signatories of the "Deal," along with oil companies in Italy, Spain, and Greece,  are currently preparing to halt purchases of Iranian oil.

In short,  Trump is going to be able to re-invigorate most of the harshest sanctions, contrary to popular belief.

Ain't going to happen

This has enough signatures to get on the November ballot,  and it is.  But 72% of Californians are disapproving.  And Congress will never confirm.  End of story, and I live in California ~ editor.

I think the following headline tells you how bad for the Dems, the IG report will be.

Clapper: U.S. Intel Community ‘Legitimately Angry’ at Hillary’s Email Misuse

Think about it:  Clapper never even hints at  an angry FBI until the very day the IG report on the Hillary investigation is about to be released.  Their house of cards is about to come crashing down.

FoxNews once again, the big winner for Tuesday, including all three prime time shows.

“Hannity” averaged 4.1 million views with his interview of the president after meeting with Kim. He garnered more views than CNN and MSNBC combined. CNN netted one million views with “Cuomo Primetime” and MSNBC had an average of 2.5 million views with “The Rachel Maddow Show,” per Nielsen Media Research.  You should know that O'Reilly is still the ratings king at Fox with Hannity running a close second to the reitred Bill O'Reilly Show.

Hannity was not the only big winner of the night.   “Tucker Carlson Tonight” and “The Ingraham Angle” also got the best of their CNN and MSNBC competitors on Tuesday. In daytime coverage, FoxNews garnered more than 1.8 million views, while CNN had 716,000 views and MSNBC received just over one million views.

On Tuesday,  FoxNews beat its competitors combined in views. Fox received almost 3.5 million views, while CNN and MSNBC combined received just above 3 million views.

The AP suggests these stories for Thursday, June 14; leaves out the biggest story of the month

Ten things to know about Thursday?  Never mind the biggest story of the day,  if not the biggest story of the Hillary email/criminal enterprise.  Turns out that the Inspector General has been nearly one full year preparing this report.  Its release is today,  around 9 am pt.  Apparently,  it is limited to the Hillary email investigation and related issues,  and is highly critical of that investigation.  Like I said,  this is the biggest story of the month;  not even a hint of it's release in the AP round up,  evidence once again,  that the Media and the AP in this case, have devolved into little more than a collective water boy for the Progressive/socialist/one world/antiAmerica movement in this country.

Your daily look at late-breaking news, upcoming events and the stories that will be talked about Thursday:

Trump will be kept in the loop. Thursday promises to be explosive.

Washington Post:   Trump to receive briefing on inspector general's Clinton email report before it goes public . . . . .  Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein is expected to brief President Trump on Thursday about the inspector general report on law enforcement’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email probe before it is released to the public, people familiar with the matter said.

Capitol Hill staffers were told Tuesday that scheduling and logistical conflicts would make it necessary for the Justice Department to shift its planned Thursday morning briefing to the afternoon, according to people familiar with the congressional plans. The scheduling change was apparently made to accommodate the White House, though staffers were not told the precise reason, the people said. They spoke on the condition of anonymity to talk freely about schedules that were potentially still in flux.

They are coming to take our guns away, they are coming to take our guns.

A circuit court judge in Lake County, Illinois granted an injunction Tuesday that blocked the Chicago suburb of Deerfield from enforcing a ban on so-called “assault weapons.”
The injunction was granted 24 hours before that ban was to go into effect.
According to a press statement, the Second Amendment Foundation, the Illinois State Rifle Association and Deerfield resident Daniel Easterday filed a lawsuit against the local prohibition on the basis that it violates the state’s preemption law that was adopted in 2013.
The law amended the state statute to say, “the regulation of the possession or ownership of assault weapons are exclusive powers and functions of this State. Any ordinance or regulation, or portion of that ordinance or regulation, that purports to regulate the possession or ownership of assault weapons in a manner that is inconsistent with this Act, shall be invalid…”

Marco Rubio rants against Trump's critics and we agree with him 100%

Seriously, Barack met with and appeased vicious dictators such as Castro,  the Ayatollah, and wanted to be more flexible with Putin. Not a word from the Dems.  Nothing.  You can't get more hypocritical than that.  And,  because of this,  they have no moral authority to speak out against Trump's dealing's with Kim ~ Editor

Marco:   On Tuesday,  Marco Rubio used  Twitter to  slam those criticizing President Trump’s historic summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

“I too have concerns about how all this with #NorthKorea will turn out. But I don’t recall all the ‘experts’ criticizing Obama when he met with a brutal dictator in #Cuba who also oversaw a police state & also killed & jailed his opponents. #DoubleStandard. Presidents meeting with #KJU exposed incredible hypocrisy of many in media.  When Obama did these things, he was described as enlightened. When Trump does it he is reckless & foolish. 1 yr ago they attacked Trump for leading us towards war, now attack for being too quick for peace.”

Trump made this video to show to Kim. We can tell you why.

Trump is a salesman.  The most important part of the sale is asking the customer to buy.  Its called "closing the sale."  In most sales,  putting the customer in the car,  or in her new kitchen is key to an effective close.  It makes closing for the sale much more productive.  And that is what Trump is doing, here.  He is putting Kim into his new prospective future.  Brilliant  . . . .  whether it works or not.

I am throwing my support behind Alec Baldwin for president. Nothing better than a landslide victory, in 2020, for . . . . .

Alec Baldwin may not be satisfied merely playing the President of the United States on Saturday Night Live; instead, he may actually want the real job for himself.

On Monday, Baldwin—who won an Emmy last year for his portrayal of Donald Trump on SNL—told Howard Stern that he could beat the current Commander in Chief if he decided to run for the top office in 2020.

This morning, Seattle did what may have never been done before:

This morning,  Seattle did what may have never been done before:  Its City Council voted to delete a city tax before that tax had ever been used in collections.

Months ago,  the City passed a $500 per employee tax to be paid by every employer in the city  ,    or , at least,  every large employer.  Amazon,  who is moving to that city,  said "No Way."  So the Council voted to lower the tax to $275 per employee.  Amazon said "No," once again.  So,  this morning,  June 12,  the Council voted its own tax down,  before it ever went into effect.

Before listening to the video (scroll down), here are Trump's major press conference points:

Until there is clear and verifiable proof of a reduction in N Korea's nuclear arsenal, there will e no reduction in sanctions.

N Korea has agreed to bring our dead soldiers home from the 70 years ago.

Why were "verifiable,  irreversible"  not in the written agreement?  Trump deals with this issue with the following:  the agreement has these words,  "unwavering commitment to the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsular."

Human rights were discussed with more discussion in the future.

Kim will be invited to WH,  in due time.

Sanctions will continue until nukes arfe no longer a factor.

Why no war games?  Trump, "I believe war games at this time are in appropriate."

Trump had not slept for 25 hours.

What did we get out of the agreement?

We secured a commitment to denuke.
We receive the return of three American hostages without paying a dime for their return.
There has been 7 months without a nuclear Test,.
And threats for destroying the United States has ended.

Trump:  "I believe that my harsh rhetoric played a role in coming to this agreement."

We are not bringing our soldiers home at this time.

N Korea closed one of its three primary test bases.
It also closed its nuclear test engine facility.

We have President Trump's one hour, 2 am, press conference folliwng the Singapore summit.

Presser actually begins at 12.40 minutes into video with a statement;
begins answering questions 20.22 minutes into video.

AOL now wants you to believe that the NRA worked with the Russians to influence our 2016 election

AOL has crossed the line.  I am a lifetime member of the NRA.  This story shares the same space in reality as Santa Clause,  the Pope is perfect, Obama is intelligent,  Hillary is not mentally ill,  Bill is not interested in his next lay, the Easter Bunny, and, the new 2018 Fiat has a faster time zero-to-sixty than a Corvette (any year) ~ editor

From AOL:   Several prominent Russians, some in President Vladimir Putin’s inner circle or high in the Russian Orthodox Church, now have been identified as having contact with National Rifle Association officials during the 2016 U.S. election campaign, according to photographs and an NRA source.

The contacts have emerged amid a deepening Justice Department investigation into whether Russian banker and lifetime NRA member Alexander Torshin illegally channeled money through the gun rights group to add financial firepower to Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential bid.

Other influential Russians who met with NRA representatives during the campaign include Dmitry Rogozin, who until last month served as a deputy prime minister overseeing Russia’s defense industry, and Sergei Rudov, head of one of Russia’s largest philanthropies, the St. Basil Great Charitable Foundation. The foundation was launched by an ultra-nationalist ally of Russian President Putin.

Here is the full text of the G7 Communique and thoughts about what happened via Trudeau's childish challenges to our President.

If you take time to read this document,  generated from the past weekend's meeting in Canada,  you will see a strong Trumpian influence.  Our President was in agreement with this document, and, had it not been for Trudeau's challenging public commentary after Trump had taken to the air,  President Trump could have declared the meeting a victory.  Turns out Trudeau is Barack's new best friend.  His decision to intentionally sabotage Trump's willingness to work with the G7 leaders is as cowardly a decision as one can imagine.  His economy is 25% of the United States,  He has no bargaining power, so his public reaction was both tiresomely stupid,  in the end it will accomplish nothing.  Italy is a G7 member and sided with Trump,  while Merkel was cautious in her response. No one joined Trudeau's high degree of in-your-face challenge.

  1. We, the Leaders of the G7, have come together in Charlevoix, Quebec, Canada on June 8–9, 2018, guided by our shared values of freedom, democracy, the rule of law and respect for human rights and our commitment to promote a rules-based international order. As advanced economies and leading democracies, we share a fundamental commitment to investing in our citizens and meeting their needs and to responding to global challenges. We collectively affirm our strong determination to achieve a clean environment, clean air and clean water. We are resolved to work together in creating a healthy, prosperous, sustainable and fair future for all.

Investing in Growth that Works for Everyone

  1. We share the responsibility of working together to stimulate sustainable economic growth that benefits everyone and, in particular, those most at risk of being left behind. We welcome the contribution of technological change and global integration to global economic recovery and

Another key element in the Obama globalist agenda was the death of Israel - Trump has changed all that .

Part of the Obama Legacy was the empowerment of Iran,  a country's whose primary agenda being the destruction of Israel.  Trump brings in a new alignment of Middle East countries.

Adam Entous / New Yorker:
Donald Trump's New World Order  —  How the President, Israel, and the Gulf states plan to fight Iran—and leave the Palestinians and the Obama years behind.  —  On the afternoon of December 14, 2016, Ron Dermer, Israel's Ambassador to the United States, rode from his Embassy to the White House to attend a Hanukkah party.  The Obama Administration was in its final days, and among the guests were some of the President’s most ardent Jewish supporters, who were there to bid him farewell. But Dermer, like Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, did not share their sense of loss. For the Israeli leadership, the Trump Presidency could not come soon enough.Netanyahu believed that Barack Obama had “no special feeling” for the Jewish state, as one of his aides once put it, and he resented Obama’s argument that Israel’s treatment of the Palestinians was a violation of basic human rights and an obstacle to security, not least for Israel itself. He also believed that Obama’s attempt to foster a kind of balance of power between Saudi Arabia and Iran in the Middle East was naïve, and that it underestimated the depth of Iran’s malign intentions throughout the region.

Part of the Obama Legacy was the empowerment of Iran,  a country's whose primary agenda being the destruction of Israel.  Trump brings in a new alignment of Middle East countries.

Did the dust up with the G7 work for or against Trump in future negotations? We have the answer:

Peter Baker / New York Times: Escalating Clash With Canada, Trump Is Isolated Before North Korea Meeting  —

For starters,  no one has been isolated from the rest.  The events of the G7 JUST HAPPENED.  If you believe that "just happened" in the world of diplomatic disagreement,   among allies,   is the final or end result,  well,  you are just being silly.  What do you think Kim is thinking?  Right now,  he is assured of meeting with a man who means what he says   . . . . .   and that may have been the subtle point of Trump at the G7.  I believe it is a message to Kim and it was premeditated.  Look,  if you remember,  before Trump left for Canada,  it was announced that he would be leaving early.  In fact, he came late to the first meeting, as well.  He did not attend the G7 with the purpose of working out disagreement.  In fact, he did not really try.  That will come later.  The G7 sets the stage for the meeting with Kim

We discuss why two of Barack's four legacy issues have been stricken from existence

The Iran "Deal" was never an Iran Treatise.  Treatises are ratified by our Senate.  To my memory,  Barack knew his agreement with Iran would never pass Senate confirmation,  so he didn't even try.  That nonsense of his having "his pen and his phone,"  allowed him to pretend to be a dictator,  working without any accounting to Congress or the will of the people.

Barack had two domestic bills as part of his legacy.

One was ObamaCare,  a bill passed by Congress and signed into law in March of 2010,  whose every major point (you can keep your doctor,  you can keep your hospital,  you will save 2500 dollars in the first year of its passage,  it is not a tax,  it will not add a dime to your taxes)  proved to be nothing less than a pack of outrageous, in your face, lies.  None of that "you can keep" crap was true,  no one saved a dime,  and it was defended before the Supreme Court AS A TAX.  But it was legislation,  and for that reason,  we have to deal with it today.

The second domestic legacy bill,  was the Dodd/Frank banking/finance bill (legislative title:   Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ) , was signed into law in July of 2010. Its mountain of regulations resulted in the failure of more small banks and savings and loan institutions than were created for the first time in American history. Recent legislation has moved banking entities (small banks) holding $250 billion or less in assets away from the influence of Dodd/Frank and its Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).    On May 21, 2018, the bureau was weakened after US President Donald Trump signed into law Congressional legislation repealing the enforcement of automobiles lending rules.[77] On May 24, 2018, Trump signed into law further Congressional legislation exempting dozens of (small) banks from the CFPB's regulations.[7

Non-legislative events designed to be part of the Obama Legacy

Non-legislative events designed to be part of the Obama Legacy  include the Iranian Deal and the Paris Climate Accord.  It may surprise you to know that neither were treatises as defined above.  Neither were signed documents.  Neither were legally binding agreements.  Both included a huge transfer of American wealth while accomplishing little to nothing.  And both have been deleted by the Trump Administration because neither had legislative anchor.  America remains the world's leader in emissions control.  Iran's aggression versus Israel and members of the Middle East Arab alliance has,  once again,  been placed "under the microscope" by the United States to the approval of every Middle Eastern nation.

By contrast,  President Trump is fully aware of the tentative nature of his Administration  . . .   here today,  gone tomorrow.  As a result of this awareness,  he is working with Congress to legislate his agenda as much as possible.    His judicial appointments are "there" for life.  Revisions to the VA system, ObamaCare,  Dodd/Frank,  child healtcare,  military repair and reform,  wage hikes for our military, reform to NATO,  and,  a massive tax reform are all  legislative victories,  making it very difficult to reverse.  Whatever happens with NAFTA, the Trans Pacific Partnership,  Iran,  N Korea, and the G7,   these will all be ratified by Congress if diplomatic talks go far enough to justify ratification.

No wonder Trump is hated.  He is "getting things done,":  keeping his campaign promises,  and bringing this nation back to its roots in terms of legislation and judicial appointments.
