Flynn is going to prison. His pardon applies only to the lesser charges he pled to, not the more serious charges that were dropped for his willingness to cooperate. He will be charged with those. Further, he not only has acknowledged guilt by accepting his pardon, he has waived his 5th amendment rights and will be forced to testify against Trump.

you are such a liberal know-nothing smuck. Flynn plead guilty to save his son from a vindictive persecution. Two: FBI agents who interrogated Flynn agree that they do not believe he was lying . . . which is the only charge used to convict the man. He will never testify against anyone, much less Trump. So go back to c heating on your old lady and leave the political speak to those of us who know better.
