Nothing demonstrates Obama's inability to think and write "budget," more than his 3 failed attempts since February of 2011.

Obama blasts Republican budget plan as ‘radical vision’ for the nation  —  President Obama delivered a stern and stinging rebuke of the Republican budget plan Tuesday, charging that his GOP rivals seek to impose a “radical vision” on the nation by creating a form of “social Darwinism” that pits the poor against the wealthy. . . . . . . .

Editor's notes:  if I were running the anti-Obama campaign,  I would never respond to the above (an article out of the Washington Post).  Instead,  I would point to Obama's track record with "the budget" over the course of the past two years.  It is laughable to the point of hysteria. I would argue that unless and until Obama demonstrates an ability to write a budget, his criticism of others is a waste of time.

Think about it, he has offered three budget proposals over  two years. One in February of 2011.  Another in April of the same year.  And one in March of 2012.

His February 2011 budget offered spending cuts of $300 billion dollars over the course of a ten year period of time !!!  I can't tell you how idiotic this is.  During the same 10 year period,  the interest we are forced to pay on our debt - the interest alone - will total 4.9 trillion dollars.  Understand that 300 billion over ten years is .000606 of one percent of 4.9 trillion.  His proposal was voted down (last February) in his Democrat controlled Senate,  by a vote of 97 to Nothing.  There are 53 Democrats in the Senate.  It only takes a vote of 51 to pass a budget proposal in the Senate . . . . . . . so why didn't that happen?  The answer?  Obviously,  his budget proposal was seen as an embarrassing joke to all members of the Senate,  confirming my claim that Obama has no ability to think critically as to budgetary matters.  He is a stupid man when it comes to financial matters.

Obama resubmitted his budget to the CBO for a financial analysis (called "scoring") in April of that year (2011).   Again,  it was so poorly written,  the CBO director refused to consider it,   telling Obama, "We cannot score a speech."  Understand this:  the Congressional Budget Office is hardly a conservative think tank.

Last week,  this financial Incompetent submitted another  budget proposal,  so poorly thought out that it failed in the House, 414 to Nothing.  Nancy Pelosi didn't even vote for this editorial mess.

Like I said,  unless and until this wannabe dictator figures out how to author a budget proposal, no one should enter into a discussion with him over budgetary matters.  It's like an adult talking to a baby.
