Over the course of the past two and half years, I have reported the demonstrable fact that Obama's approval rating is "stuck" in the 45/50 percentile bracket. It is amazing just how consistent this statistical fact is. Since October of 2009, Obama has not had a single 7 day period in which his approval average was above 49% . . . . not a single week. With today's report, we see a downward trend in a critical area, the "strongly approve." Understand that it is out of this group of people that working support is created, either for or against Obama. At the time of his novel election in 2008, "strongly approve" ran 45/50 percent. Today, he has lost millions of volunteers - a story that is being grossly under-reported, except here.
