Kavanaugh LIED to congress to get his job as circuit court judge. A crime.

Kavanaugh's lies were referred to the Justice Dept as a crime. The person who absolved Kavanaugh from the lie was Brian Benczkowski, who was recently confirmed to lead the DOJ’s criminal division despite controversy over his representation of Putin's Russian Alpha Bank. Nice... it comes full circle.

Stay tuned. He will be asked about this during the confirmation preceedings. I am sure he has an answer. He was given the highest honor given to a lawyer by the ABA. They think he is spotless.
