Ryan: Health care plan must change to pass the House — House Speaker Paul D. Ryan said Wednesday that his health care proposal must change to pass the House, marking a significant retreat from his earlier position that the carefully crafted legislation would fail if altered.

Notes: This is how the political sausage is made, folks. What it means is this: Obama Care will be repealed and replaced. And that means, if the GOP needs to dump the filibuster (60 votes required to move legislation off the Senate floor). then that is what will happen; if it means that the different factions within the GOP compromise, then that is what will happen.

The filibuster only works when both parties agree to significant compromise(s). That is no longer possible with the Dems. It truly is "my way or the highway" with these patriot imposters.

Period.

If the GOP allows the Dems to regain control of Congress via the filibuster, then both parties need to disappear.
