Rand Paul blocks the expansion of NATO as the sole obstacle ...

From Business Insider,  we learn that Rand Paul blocked the expansion of NATO and is the sole obstacle to the inclusion of the very small nation of Montenegro.  The 27 remaining nations of NATO have approved Montenegro's request to join the European force.  The United States is the only remaining NATO power to left to accept Montenegro,  and,  Rand Paul has taken the position that he knows best when it comes to budgetary debt and the future of any U.S. policy that might increase that debt.   

I am no fan of Paul, and now,  I really despise the freak.  He has no more common sense than his dad and promises to be a serious problem in the Senate,  with its critical 52 vote majority.  His biggest problem is the fact that he does not realize that he will never become President of the United States.
