Midknight Review -- new and revised: While we want to judge others for their "lies," the Left has the same problems as the Right.

In a speech in Washington on March 17, 2008, Hillary Clinton described her Bosnia trip with these words:

"I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base,
There was no greeting ceremony and we were basically told to run to our cars. Now that is what happened."

Editor's notes: If the Biased Media thinks it needs to publish problematic material from two and three decades ago in its effort to influence the national election for Marxism, certainly the Alternative Media (that would be me and thousands of folks with similar political views ) has a responsibility, an unwritten assignment, to be "equal time" to those who would pervert the truth for the sake of winning . . . . for the sake of winning and nothing more . . . . . just winning.

Hence, you have the story of Hillary's fairy-tale landing in Bosnia, as involved a lie as anything you have heard from anyone, over the years.

Point of post: Let's stop with this "he is a liar nonsense" and deal with substantive disagreements, real lies, and the political realities of the day.

The Stated Nonsense from the Left now includes these Progressive goals:

July 2, 2008, Obama had this to say: "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

MICHELLE OBAMA: "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation."

“ . . . . . . they have become a generation of activists possessed with that most American of ideas – that people who love their country can change it.” -- Obama the Radical

On September 30, Van Jones told MSNBC "I think everybody should hold onto your seats. October is going to be the turning point when it comes to the progressive fight back."
