  1. Judicial watch should watch the judges. Particularly the SCOTUS, and particularly Scalia, the most dangerous man in America.

Scalia was dismissive of former Justice Harry Blackmun’s concerns about the death penalty. In fact, Scalia cited Henry Lee McCollum as "a perfect example of a man who deserved to be put to death."

Henry Lee McCollum was just pardoned yesterday as DNA evidence has exonerated him. He was innocent all along. What does that say about the judicial abilities of this judge? How many innocent people would have been killed if Scalia had his way? "Perfect example"

The Govs of Texas - both Perry and Bush have undoubtedly put innocent men to death. Cameron Todd Willingham, is one example.

    1. Stop with politics. Your side thinks its a good idea to ban DDT and let 20 million africans die of malaria . . . . . all of them "innocent." You don't give a damn about the innocents in Iraq who are being slaughtered by the thousands. Your leadership, today, would have never fought in WW II in Europe.
