A district judge in Kansas blocked the state’s ban on “dismemberment abortion” – the first ban of its kind in the United States – on the grounds that prohibiting the procedure would create an “obstacle” for women who want to terminate their pregnancies with brutal dismemberment.
Dismemberment is a late-term abortion procedure in which an unborn, living baby is torn to pieces and removed from the uterus. The new law would have prohibited abortionists from using forceps, clamps, scissors and other instruments to cut the unborn baby into pieces prior to removing its remains from the uterus. Lawmakers in Kansas said such a procedure on a live unborn baby is inhumane. Read the full article here.Editor's notes: You can view a late term
Why don't you put a pie chart up showing the number of 'dismemberment abortions' which are about 1% and usually carried out only when medically necessary to save the life of the mother?
ReplyDeleteWhat a disingenuous loser of an asshole you are.
I posted this comment for a couple of reasons: First, to demonstrate the childishness of the opposition and the fact that they have left the 3rd grade playground, what with all the name calling and all.
DeleteSecondly, this was posted to expose the illogic of the Left on this position (abortion and, especially "dismembership abortion"). I am called "disingenuouis" because, in this case, I am fighting for the 1% of children who are born alive and killed by murderers in our hospitals. And if anyone thinks that dismembering an unborn is limited to "late terms abortions," they are among the most uninformed.
But who cares what an aspiring Hitlerite (aka "Anonymous") has to say on anything deal with life and death. The Lefte will keep "abortion," as a policy, but it is losing most of the current legal battles and abortion are going down . . .. substantially.
Didn't you receive enough of an ass whuppin' last week? You keep cruzin' for a bruzin'? Regressives will alway be stupid enough to vote against their own interests based on phoney moral imperatives. Regressives can't learn and can't change.
ReplyDeleteHere's a little education in facts. You either deny the reality or you accept the facts. If you deny the reality, you are not in touch with reality which is a mental condition:
MarketWatch notes, “the average stock-market gain under four post-Depression Democrats through each one’s 2,000th day in office has outpaced the average gain of the four Republicans in the era by a factor of nearly 4 to 1. Democratic gains have averaged 133%, while Republican market advances have had a mean of 33%.”
"“The U.S. economy not only grows faster, according to real GDP and other measures, during Democratic versus Republican presidencies, it also produces more jobs, lowers the unemployment rate, generates higher corporate profits and investment, and turns in higher stock market returns. Indeed, it outperforms under almost all standard macroeconomic metrics.” - Princeton University Study
But you Lefties all hate Big Money and the Street. The Market, this time around, is where it is because of Q.E. -- take that away and you have a market crash . . . . . anyone can blow up a ballon, and that is all that you have done. You have no other segment of the economy that is thriving. 1.8 % GDP for 7 years running is a disaster. 9 million folks leaving the work force . . highest total in 30 years is nothing to brag about. Slowest recovery in US History . . . not good. Regulatory policy that is costing 50,000 jobs per year -- you bragging about that?
