I am surprised that Chris Wallace is so out of touch with Obama’s methodologies, that he found himself disagreeing with Charles Krauthammer. The renowned journalist/doctor, supported the notion that Obama never intended to get his agenda written into legislation. Rather, the past several weeks has been more about raising cash, than any serious effort at bipartisan cooperation. But Krauthammer says it better than I:
