I am
hoping that you will be hearing a lot with regard to the “August 16
cable.” According to Catherine Herridge of Fox News. That memo,
sent to the State Department,
details an “emergency meeting” of embassy personnel in the Benghazi
region three weeks before the Embassy murders in which they detail the
existence of 10 Muslim and Al Qaeda militias gathered in and around the
Benghazi region. In making mention of this situation, the August 16
cable makes it clear that the Embassy could NOT sustain a coordinated attack
and asked the State Department for help.
Go to our internal post and listen to Herridge give her report.

Where were your calls for an investigation when dozens were killed at embassies during the Bush years? Huh?
ReplyDeleteI was working 80 hours a week. And what does that have to do with anything. Ambassador Stevens was still raped and murdered after crying for help, but, apparently, because you can manufacture a compliant against Bush, the desertion and cover-up of this Libyan mess is just fine with you, right, moron?
ReplyDeleteIn the examples link in your comments, above, not one of the incidences included the murder of a US diplomat who had called and called and begged and begged for help -- not one.
