Biggest News Story of the Month Being Ignored by the "Majors." Why?

This week,  The Daily Caller is running a series of articles,  based upon internal Media Matters e-mails,  exposing the close ties between Obama's campaign and the national Old Media.

From The Daily Caller:
A little after 1 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2009, Karl Frisch emailed a memo to his bosses, Media Matters for America founder David Brock and president Eric Burns. In the first few lines, Frisch explained why Media Matters should launch a “Fox Fund” whose mission would be to attack the Fox News Channel.

“Simply put,” Frisch wrote, “the progressive movement is in need of an enemy. George W. Bush is gone. We really don’t have John McCain to kick around any more. Filling the lack of leadership on the right, Fox News has emerged as the central enemy and antagonist of the Obama administration, our Congressional majorities and the progressive movement as a whole.”

“We must take Fox News head-on in a well funded, presidential-style campaign to discredit and embarrass the network, making it illegitimate in the eyes of news consumers.”

A Media Matters insiders continued the commentary with this caveat:  “Fox is likely to retaliate,” he wrote. Media Matters should find “ways to protect the privacy of our employees and the security of our office.”

Good grief.  apparently someone wrote a headline reading,  “We are all Chicago thugs, now” and Media Matters took it serious

I have made the point more than once:  there are liberals and, then, there are  Revolutionaries.  Libs are more likely to play by the rules and we have had “big government” liberals from “Day One” of this nation’s coming together.   Revolutionaries, on the other hand,  are little more than intruding leaches,  sucking the blood out of their political hosts;  foreign minded folks who  could not care less about rules unless they are talking about  Rules for Radicals;  the white hating Jeremiah Wright is the stereo-typical Revolutionary’s minister [black or white]; angst for the Constitution (the founding document of this white rich-man’s nation) is a popular emotion;  the defeat of free market capitalism is the common cause and violent revolution is held up as the possible end game to their social demands,  and I am serious about this last point. All socialist revolutions name violent overthrow as a necessary step to a successful societal transformation.  Occupy is a microcosm of this very point. It is being used to "condition this nation" for the larger "in the street" revolution.

Note:  understand that if recession does not worsen,  there will be no  violent in-the-street demonstrations,  at least,  no more than usual.  Greece is not in our future,  unless the Far Left can manufacture a gross exacerbation  of hard times.  Dissatisfaction is the kindling for all revolutions.  A Resilient free market capitalism is the perfect counter to the degree of  discontent needed to fuel the fundamental transform of any nation.  For three years,  "they" have tried to put this nation down,  "Now" is the time this nation shakes off the past several years and proves the intrinsic value our nation's founding principles.   As Clint Eastwood said,  "This country can't be knocked out with one punch. We get right back up again and when we do the world is going to hear the roar of our engines."   Know this,  Barack Obama is not capable of coming up with the likes of that last sentence.

We [this blog and countless other Conservative bloggsters]  are just getting started with this story.  It is a very big deal,  The Radicalized Left has been making enemies on both sides of the aisle as fast as it can come up with excuses;  we are tired of their empty promises,  the division they have intensified and the hopeless nature of their academic theories.

See you on the bright side.  --  J Smithson
