Dylann Roof is the killers name. He is 21 years old and was arrested, last year, on drug charges. Sadly, some conservative sites have not yet reported this incident. Weazel Zippers is the specific site I have in mind. There is simply no way the One Toother who owns that site does not know this incident. Me? I always wait to post on any given disaster. Early reports are seldom if ever, accurate. But the Zipper never waits. He (or is it a woman) prides himself in early reporting . . . . . just not when an obvious white hate crime is concerned. Of course, this is not typical to the Conservative Bloggosphere. We have our raciest, too.

Leave it to Fox News to ignore the racist aspect of this crime. They are calling it "an attack on faith" when clearly it was about a white person's hate for blacks. The kid was wearing white supremacist apartheid symbols on his jacket. Maybe this will make the old white christian racists feel better about themselves? Despicable and manipulative dishonesty once again by the "fair and balanced" network. A poor excuse for journalism.

ReplyDeleteSons of the Confederacy of TX and other states are pushing racist ideals and confederate symbols on license plates and flags of gov't buildings. This group embraces all the conservative values: a free market economy which engages in significantly less taxation, opposition to the Civil Rights Movement, downplaying of slavery in American history, they promote an unabashed Christian culture and support public displays of Christianity, such as "Ten Commandments" monuments and displays of the Christian cross, they strongly support the right to keep and bear arms, they oppose immigration of foreign nationals into Southern states, etc... this is about as defining of today's right wing conservatives as it gets.
You espouse these values. You own it. You create right wing terror. The only young people who are this messed up (and there aren't many, thankfully...) are right wing christian racist white kids who fly the confederate flag.
YOUR PEOPLE.
These people are no more a part of the true Christian conservative culture than you are. These people hate other races. Christ died for all and the true church stands against this sort of thing . . . . . . . . but, again, the "kids who fly the confederate flag" are far, far outnumbered by the racist youth in Baltimore, East LA, Ferguson, the followers of Farrakhan, the hundreds and thousands who think Sharpton is a leader. The comparison, in terms of numbers, is not even close. You do nothing for the truth when you spread your lies. You, my friend, are an intellectual joke. They preach violence, you know, like Farrakhan, Sharpton, the New Black Panthers, Occupy, and the AFL-CIO. Violence is not a principle of the GOP politic and you know it. Obama and Holder and many congressional Democrats (not all of them black) openly supported "Occuupy," the domestic terror group of three/four years ago. The Confederate flag flies over South Carolina, and the roads are named for Confederate generals. And the white guy Dylann Roof is the one who feels like his country’s being taken away from him. He is described by friends as having strong conservative values, and is a Christian - evidenced by the Contemporary Christian music found on his FB page.

"Occupy" is what the Sharpton crowd is all about. "No justice, no peace" is a terrorist threat. It says, "Unless you give us our 'justice,' there will never be peace in our land." It was Sharpton who said, "White man wants a war, we will give him a war." How many cops and innocents have they killed in the last year? I have lost count.
In identity politics, Roof is a right winger. Does he have the support of the political Right. Of course not. Therein is one important difference between, the killers on the Right and the killers on the Left. The Left supports and encourages Sharpton, Occupy, ACORN, the union thugs, the New Black Panthers, the Nation of Islam (Farrakhan) and the incendiary rhetoric of folks like Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dorn (both killers in their own right), the Una-Bomber (another killer), Jeremiah Wright, Mosley (the white hating prosecutor in Baltimore), and on and on. Your Congressional Black Caucus is in love with Castro and the late Chavez - both men mass murderers and American hating commies.
Indeed, we have our crap extremist but your party is all about structural extremism. They are everywhere in your party, So, go pretend your world is not radical and anti-American with someone else. I actually know better. That's why you do not win these debates.
