Obama is our first rogue president. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Prologue:  finally,  we know of Obama's pathway to "fundamental transformation,"  moving away from a legally functioning presidency to a de facto benevolent dictatorship.

Before going on,  the Obama quote included in this article justifies the move from an elected president who has to answer to Congress and the people,  to a dictator who has to answer to neither.  That is a fact.  Prove me wrong  --  J Smithson.

Obama has just appointed a man formally rejected by the Senate to the Consumer Protection Agency.

He has just appointed a new three man panel to the NLRB.

And he is considering appointing redisributionist to the GSE housing authority over seeing mortgage lending.

Here is what is going on,  in his own words:

But when Congress refuses to act, and as a result, hurts our economy and puts our people at risk, then I have an obligation as President to do what I can without them.  I’ve got an obligation to act on behalf of the American people. And I’m not going to stand by while a minority in the Senate puts party ideology ahead of the people that we were elected to serve. Not with so much at stake, not at this make-or-break moment for middle-class Americans. We’re not going to let that happen.

The above appointments will carry through for a year,  past the November elections. He intends on using these "yes men" to accomplish his will as he functions completely outside the restraints of Congress and the Courts.   He is counting on the notion that a majority of the American people no longer care about Constitutional function and will approve of his pathway to "fundamental transformation."

Understand that the Constitution and its central doctrine of the "separation of powers" was designed to prevent the very thing he proclaims as his personal agenda.

He is lawless and anti-Constitutional in this activity.

Update:   Add to his rogue activities this:  Bypasses Congress again in creating summer youth jobs program...
