SHARPTON: It was the law and enforced laws that made the playing field uneven, and the government must bring laws until the field is even for everyone!

Editor's notes:  Who knows what this moron is talking about,  but, Sharpton,  whose head is now,  too big for his body shape,  has no clue just how much the pendulum has swung in the opposite direction.  Here is California,  most public service jobs specifically discourage white men from applying for whatever position is being advertised.  I know,  because that has happened to me a number of time.  

Just this past week,  positions with "community services" were advertised on the Tube with this caveat: "Ethnic group members and females should make special effort to apply."   

Racism is everywhere,  but mostly within the radicalized Left of today's World Without Borders,  socialist Democrat Party  . . . .  the same party that invented the KKK, Jim Crow, slavery,  and fought as the Rebel South during the Civil War.  

Report proves that racism is rampant within the Department of Justice.

Judicial Watch took a leading role in uncovering racism inside the Holder Department of Justice (DOJ), especially pertaining to the DOJ’s controversial decision to abandon its own voter intimidation lawsuit against the New Black Panther Party for Self Defense, that threatened and intimidated white voters outside a polling station in Philly on Election Day 2008.

You may recall, we were able to show through documented evidence that contrary to testimony of head of the DOJ’s Voting Rights Section, Thomas Perez, before Congress, political appointees inside the Justice Department were involved in this decision to dispose of this case. (Perez had blamed the matter on two “career” officials. Holder later repeated the lie.)

And why did Holder and Perez want the Black Panther case dismissed? Because they, and others inside Justice, do not believe that voting rights laws should be equally applied to all races, including whites.

The Justice Department scoffed at our findings. Justice officials vehemently denied them in the halls of Congress and in numerous press interviews.

But we knew the truth. Of course, we had the evidence. But we also had a court victory. Judge Reggie B. Walton ruled in a JW FOIA lawsuit seeking Black Panther records that the documents we had thus far uncovered “appear to contradict Assistant Attorney General Perez’s testimony [before the commission] that political leadership was not involved” in the decision to dismiss the NBPP case.

So we did not necessarily need the Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) to confirm what we already knew – that Justice officials were engaging in widespread reverse discrimination. (The IG tried to soften the blow by using phrases such as “deep ideological polarization” and a “disappointing lack of professionalism,” but this is fairly saucy language by government report standards.)

But for those so-called “mainstream media” types who chose to ignore the evidence and buy the administration’s lies, a newly released OIG report on the Black Panther scandal must have come as quite a shock to the system. . . . .  continue reading here.  

Washington Post Chart: US among the LEAST racist nations in the world.

Now the Angry Black Cabal is going after American Idol, if you can believe that nonsense.

American Idol is at the centre of a racism row after nine black former contestants claimed that they were all forced off the show as part of a racist plan to boost ratings.

The singers, from various seasons, are preparing to take legal action against the hit talent show which they say "permanently and severely impaired" their personal and professional lives.

Corey Clark, Jaered Andrews, Donnie Williams, brothers Terrell Brittenum and Derrell Brittenum,Thomas Daniels, Akron Watson, Ju'Not Joyner and Chris Golightly insisted that they were targeted by producers of the Fox show who set out to humiliate them by making them audition and then disqualifying them due to their criminal records.

New York attorney James Freeman, has submitted a letter to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission seeking permission to sue producers behind the hit talent show on behalf of his nine clients.

Editor’s notes: . . . . .    and there you have it.  The Angry Black Cabal,  now running the nation’s government,  has spilled over into the entertainment industry (again).  This time, American Idol is the target.   The losers of days gone by,  are whining about the fact that they were not picked.  And,  that is the biggest complaint about disgruntled blacks:  they always play the race card.  They do so,  because they know that they can make money off this claim and no other ethnic group plays the race card as often as angry blacks  (there are blacks who are not angry and take disappoint without complaint  --  you know,  like normal people regardless of skin color).

Walter Fauntroy, the non-voting delegate who represented the District of Columbia from 1971 to 1991, called on African-Americans to organize a "new coalition of conscience" to rebut the rally scheduled for Saturday at the Lincoln Memorial featuring Fox News pundit Glenn Beck and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

"We are going to take on the barbarism of war, the decadence of racism, and the scourge of poverty, that the Ku Klux -- I meant to say the Tea Party," Fauntroy told a news conference today at the National Press Club. "You all forgive me, but I -- you have to use them interchangeably."

Editor's notes: let's be clear: the KKK was the invention of a Democrat South. In the 1950's - 1960's , there was not a single racist Republican politician on the national scene. All of the governors in the South were Democrat. Even Lyndon Johnson, Speaker of the House during Eisenhower's presidency, voted "no" to integration (in the '50's) before voting "yes" in 1964. So let's get over this nonsense that the KKK is a Republican institution. It is not and why blacks want to believe the lie that is presented in the article, above, is beyond the sensibilities of this editor. Nothing could be more false. Nothing. Let's say it plainly: the KKK was a Democrat inspired organization. Period.

Does racism at some level, exist? OF COURSE and we add "Duh !!" But it is as prevalent in the Black community as it is in the White community. And it is unacceptable where ever it is found. Here in California, at our TEA Party events, we have an occasional sign that is racist in tone. But the TEA Party events, themselves, have been totally absent of racism as a theme. On this blog, you will never see a "monkey picture" of Michelle Obama. We consider such to be the product of stupidity and it has no place here. Most of those on our blogrolls feel the same.

Understand that Independents are a big part of the TEA Party Movement and they, as a collective, are quickly "turned off" by expressed racisim. Walter Fauntroy, in the story above, is the racist -- pure and simple. And he is such because he is using the lie of "racism" to defeat those with whom he disagrees, politically.

Mark our words: this weekends 8/28 gathering in Washington will be the very opposite of a race event. Signage is not allowed. Familes, entire families, are encouraged to attend. Dr. King's own neice will be in attendance and fully supports this event.

The effort to brand FoxNews and Glenn Beck with racism has officially failed. Here is proof.

Editor's notes: Darren Goode and The Hill reveal their willingness to continue the conspiracy of the 400 journalists and elitists caught last week in a massive plot to use such things as accusations of racism to influence the voting public. The story below, reveals a willingness to get the facts wrong with regard to FoxNews in order to tie that news network to a false accusation of racism. Read the brief excerpt and our rebuttal:

Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean accused Fox News of promoting racism, including in the recent fracas over the Obama administration’s forced resignation of Agriculture Department official Shirley Sherrod. “Let’s just be blunt about this … I think Fox News did something that was absolutely racist,” Dean charged on "Fox News Sunday." Dean said Fox helped promote the charges that Sherrod – who is black – made racist comments about white farmers, which led to her forced resignation Monday. READ THE FULL STORY HERE >>>>

What this article [in The Hill] leaves out entirely is a 60 second confrontation following Dean's ridiculous charge, a confrontation between Wallace and Dean in which Dean was repeatedly asked by Wallace, the host of the FoxNews show at 3:00 pm, if he knew that Sherrod was fired well before there was any airing of the video in question, that FoxNews played no role whatsoever in the firing of this politically bigoted woman. Dean stammered around for the full 60 seconds and never answered the question.

The fact is this: the big loser of the week in this matter was Mr. Obama. No one really believes that he had nothing to do with the firing. Sherrod herself makes the claim of Obama's involvement. He acted without having all the facts -- something that Obama does more often than recent presidents. He did not know what was in the Arizona bill at the time he first issued his criticism; he did not know the facts in the Professor Gates "cops acted stupidly" incident; he did not know of the inclusion of Federally funded abortions in the healthcare bill; he did not know that guaranteed coverage for dependents was not in the healthcare -- and we seriously could go on and on.

The biggest oversight of this story is the fact that the Breitbart release of the Sherrod video HAD THE TURNING POINT in the release. While the video release did not feature Sherrod's full commentary on the so-called "turning point," it was clearly in Breitbart's release and for that reason, she will not be successful in suing him --- at least according to Megyn Kelly of FoxNews.

The second biggest oversight in this story is the fact that Glenn Beck was the only major commentator of the FoxNews evening offering (Beck, O'Reilly, Hannity and Van Suteren) to NOT reference the story. He made no mention of the event at all. Yet, it was Beck the Administration feared the most -- according to Sherrod.

The Lefts' effort to make this story a tale about racism with Glenn Beck, the Tea Party and FoxNews is turning out to be monumental failure.
