Update on Occupy D.C. and the driving force it has within the current Administration.

Preface:  I believe that we better understand what is happening in Washington, if we realize that Obama is using the divisive processes of "Occupy"  and its resulting chaos,  to circumvent Congress and practice an imperial presidency, unique to his Administration.  It is not an "accident" that Obama has refused to compromise with Congress or pursue congressional diplomacy.  Indeed,  he would rather pretend that Congress is his problem  (including members of his own party) in order to justify his unilateral an imperial presidency.  We know this because  -  and this is very important  -  we know this because this is exactly what he has done.  Understand that this post does not speculate as to his purposes.  Rather,  it only uses Obama's actions to define his ultimate intentions.  

If you are not familiar with the terminology,  "Occupy D.C." is a term used on this blog,  to identify this Administration's efforts to destabilize the congressional process,  using the resulting stagnation as an excuse to function around or outside the will and supervision of Congress.  

Occupy D.C. has been successful in creating the so-called "Dream Act,"  a limited "amnesty" for illegal youth crossing over the Southern Border as of two years ago.  

Occupy has created thousands of pages of environmental rules and has all but destroyed the coal industry,  assuming such restrictions remain in force over the course of the next three/four years.  

Occupy continues to write law into ObamaCare.  A recent addition,  not included in the legislation,  has taxpayers funding "gender reassignment,"  fulfilling the physical fantasies of a few,  very disturbed humans,  disappointed that they were born with a given gender.  Rather than counseling these people into accepting reality,  Obama has empowered them to pursue their silliness.  

Occupy D.C. has destabilize Libya,  supported the  Hamas/PLO alliance,  paid ransoms for hostages, tried to form alliance with the Muslim Brotherhood and has made unilateral decisions to ignore missile defense treatise already in place with Poland and the Czech Republic,  and pursued policies that have allowed Iran to become a nuclear power.  

Occupy D.C. no longer enforces black crime through its Department of Justice,  manages a full-blown campaign against conservative groups it sees as dangerous to its agenda via the IRS,  and manages an open border between Mexico and our bordering states.  

Obama's Occupy D.C.,  chooses which laws it will obey and/or enforce and has no regard for the Constitution,  except with it can be used to justify its own lawlessness.  

Understand the House of Representatives no longer is willing to pass "comprehensive" legislation of any kind,  in view of the fact that such legislation does not bind this Administration to any prescribed course of action.  Instead,  Occupy (via Obama) uses new legislation as a forum to rewrite those laws to suit its own purposes  --  illegal
activity that Obama gleefully tells those who object, "Sue me."  

He is above the law and knows that no one can or will do anything to stop him.  As a consequence,  Congress has stopped sending him major legislation.  Indeed,  if they will not throw this bum out of office,  they need to stop feeding his lust for power  . . . .   and they have.    

Obama's biggest problem, today, is Obama. The immigration crisis is absolute proof.

WASHINGTON — As Republicans blame President Barack Obama’s executive actions for the crisis along the border, the president assured members of his own party Wednesday that he won’t back down from his plans to ease deportations.

Editor’s notes:  Understand that he has already committed to this slowdown.  In 2008,  8,000 minors were caught crossing the border with 4,000 working through the legal system and sent back. 

In 2013,  20,000 minors came into this country with only 1600 making their way through the system and being sent back. 

In other words,  this should not be “news,”  and it certainly is not news to Obama.  There is simply no way he is this out of touch with reality,  at least,  as relates to the evolving crisis.  “Flooding the system” in the face of a system/legal weakness,  is a trick often used by community organizers and domestic social revolutionaries.  THAT is what is going on. 

Where he fails in this tactic,  however,  is his choice to ignore two important rules for radicals,  as defined by Saul Alinsky.  

The first is rule # 6 which reads:  “A good tactic is one that your people enjoy. If your people are not having a ball doing it,  there is something very wrong with the tactic”  (p. 128 Rules for Radicals – 1989 printing).  Obama simply cannot sustain his radical reform without the will of the people,  especially in a society free to vote he and his Red Loving minions out of office.  In polls take over the past three days,  his approval rating for his handling of this border crisis is down to 28% in one poll and 33% in another  -  both network polling results. 

A second problem as defined by Alinsky is found at rule #12:  “You cannot risk being trapped by the enemy  (that would be conservatives and reasonable Democrats) in his sudden agreement with your demand and saying,  ‘You’re right – we don’t know what to do about this issue.  Now tell us”  (p. 130 , Rules for Radicals)

And the fact of this matter is clear:  Obama has no clue as to how to solve this problem.  Understand that the current migration is not the problem.  Rather,  the unsustainable issue is the notion of “open borders,”  itself. 

Obama's pledge to stand his ground is nothing short of a declaration of domestic suicide.  Already,  communities are having to move budgeted funds away from local,  domestic needs like education,  fire and police protection and the care of their indigent populations,  and redirecting those funds to the care of unwanted populations being forced up them by Obama.  

Sadly,  conservatives can thank Obama for his rank stupidity in this.  Obviously,  he is not the student of Alinsky,  many of us thought him to be.    Rather,  his arrogant dismissal as to “proven” revolutionary tactics may well prove to be his final demise. 

Thank gawd he is not an intelligent organizer.   

Proof that the border is not secure, and has never been. My question: "Why does this have to be a partisan issue to anyone who is not blind?"

Where we do have a serious fence,  we lack the personnel to police that part of the border.  In the top photo,  you are looking at part of the 700 miles of well-designed fencing.  But the remaining 1,300 miles of border has "fencing" that looks very similar to the border photos I have included in this post.  After looking at these pictures,  you will understand why Conservatives laugh when Obama and his cronies argue that the fence is "complete."                                                              

What is laughable, below, is the "gateway" in this portion of the fence.

90% of illegals captured by ICE never show up for court. Obama's "alien success" is clearly based upon a lie.

Left, and we do mean Left, is U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton.

Morton is a man who does not believe in closed borders. Because of this, today, we have this news story:

Of the 506,232 illegal aliens captured, cited for court appearance, and released, 486.189 did not make their scheduled court appearance and are fugitives, living without fear, in the general population. Obviously, this ICE "strategy" is an unmitigated failure.

It is clear, in view of these numbers and Obama's opposition to anything the State of Arizona attempts to do, that he is a committed open borders proponent willing to decide what laws he and his Department of Justice will enforce, and willing to lie about the facts of this matter.

For example, Obama's people will argue that they have arrested more illegals than any previous administration . . . . and that would be true. The "lie" comes into the mix when we learn that more than 90% of those arrested remain in the larger American population with no one in the Federal government looking for them. The fact of the matter is this: things are worse regarding illegals, not better, and this particular story goes to our conclusion.

Bill Clinton lied about Monica. Barack Obama lies about nearly everything.

Obama's new ICE appointment is an open-borders, sanctuary cities kind of guy. Incredible.

Widow of Houston Officer Killed by Illegal Immigrant 'Shocked' at ICE Appointment

The widow of a Houston police officer killed by an illegal immigrant was "shocked" to learn that the city's former police chief has landed a top immigration job with the Obama administration, her lawyer told FoxNews.com on Friday.

That's because Joslyn Johnson, whose husband, Rodney Johnson, was killed in 2006, is suing former Houston Police Chief Harold Hurtt for failing to enforce federal immigration laws. She claims her husband would be alive today if the city had bothered to check up on the gunman's immigration status.

Now that Hurtt is taking a job to oversee partnerships between federal and local officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Johnson -- and other critics -- say they're concerned the official who resisted immigration enforcement in Houston will now be in charge of promoting it.

"She was shocked at the irony," Johnson's attorney, Ben Dominguez, said.

As a police chief, Hurtt was a supporter of "sanctuary city" policies, by which illegal immigrants who don't commit crimes can live without fear of exposure or detainment because police don't check for immigration papers. During his tenure as Houston police chief, he criticized ICE's key program that draws on local law enforcement's support. He said in 2008 that local police "don't want to be immigration officers."
