than conservatism] about this nominee appealed to Donald Trump.
Kavanaugh has been an open advocate for precisely the sort of imperial
presidency that the founders of the American experiment feared—and that

“isn’t smart,” President Barack Obama told law enforcement officials Tuesday,
just one day after the public learned he had released 36,007 illegal-immigrant
murderers, rapists, thieves and other criminals into the nation’s communities. Cops
should be going after major criminals, not the many illegal immigrants that are
quietly living in their districts, said Obama, who has twice sworn to uphold
the nation’s laws. “You’ve
got to spend time dealing with somebody who is not causing any other trouble
other than the fact that they were trying to make a living for their families,”
Obama said. “That’s just not a good use of our resources.
It’s not smart. It doesn’t make sense,” said Obama,
who has already directed immigration police to minimize enforcement of illegal
living far from the border

Without doubt, Obama’s decision
as a Progressive, Marxist/Alinsky
Collectivist to selectively obey and/or enforce laws as he sees
appropriate, is the primary reason why
no major piece of legislation should be considered, during his remaining days as this nation’s
most lawless president.
His
release of 36,007 convicted murderers,
rapists, and the like, because he does not agree with sentencing guidelines
under which they were convicted, promises to be IN ADDITION to some 200,000
others, he and Eric Holder, plan on
releasing in the coming days and months.
To pass
any kind of immigration bill, would be
to give Obama license over, yet, another
set of standards he would freely modify or ignore for no other reason than the
fact that he is president.
Keep in
mind that Eric Holder announced over
the past day or two, that he would not
be investigating the deaths of those who died in our VA hospitals while waiting
to be moved from secret patient lists onto more active listings; apparently all the victims are white. Of course,
he has done absolutely nothing about the criminal involvement of those
at the IRS, about Fast and Furious, about any of the Green Industrial scams
amounting to billions of taxpayer dollars,
anything remotely related to the criminal actions relating to Benghazi
and its cover-up, or any non-violent
black on white crimes.
And
now, Obama has announced that he intends
to selectively enforce or ignore given immigration laws, as he sees fit. Just another reason why or how he is making
it impossible for the Democrat/Collectivist Party in 2014 and 2016 and
beyond, to regain "its mojoe."
Fine with me. The more he digs in, the deeper into the pit, falls the Democrat Party.

Holder wrong again. Florida can purge their voter roles - so says a federal court.
TALLAHASSEE — A federal judge rejected a request from the
Obama administration to put an immediate stop to the state’s non-citizen voter
purge program.
The Justice Department had asked for a restraining order,
arguing that the program attempting to remove 2,600 non-citizens from the voter
rolls violated federal voting law that prohibits the systemic removal of voters
90 days before an election.
U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle said that,
according to his reading of the law, the 90-day provision did not apply to
removing non-citizens from the rolls. But, he also chastised the state, saying
there were “some problems” with the way that the program had been carried out.

A Brief History of Presidential Lawlessness
With all the talk about the Arizona decision, apparently we missed the point that the heart
of the law, Section 2B, which gave police the right to ask and check
on the citizenship of folks stopped for reasons other than immigration related concerns was approved by the High Court. That decision was an 8 – 0 voted against
Obama and his henchman, Eric
Holder.
This odd couple was on the wrong side of the law in Sackett versus the
EPA – a 9 – 0 decision and a Supreme Court decision Obama has ordered the EPA to ignore, by the way.
He were on the wrong side of the law in Hosanna Tabor
Lutheran versus the EEOC, in another
High Court bench slap 9 to 0 decision against our summer school professor Constitutional “scholar.”
Obama condones the illegal existence of Sanctuary Cities (as
did George Bush).
He refuses to support the Defense of Marriage Act simply
because he does not believe in that law.
He will not live up to his constitutional order to protect
our borders and has refused to partner with Arizona officers as per the Supreme
Court decision.
Will he be on the wrong side of the law, tomorrow,
with the Supreme Courts decision on ObamaCare? Time will tell, but one thing for certain, he does not care what the Court has to say.
His DOJ has no clue how to prosecute the Fort Hood Muslim
Murderer, a mass murder committed in
November of 2009. There are more than 40
survivors, all eye witnesses. 13 are dead and the shooter, a Muslim jerk named Husan, was shot in the process of committing the
crime. This case is a slam dunk
prosecution, yet, the Muslim loving Obama has ordered this
trialed delayed for more than two and half years.
He has ordered his DOJ not to prosecute fraud cases against
black constituencies, especially voter
fraud cases.
He has spent hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on his
personal campaign effort, flying from
one place to another. And his
radicalized wife has taken 18 protracted vacations at taxpayer expense, as if she deserved to take our money, her husband being the supreme ruler and
all.
He unilaterally violated international treatise with Poland
and Checslovacia and recently promise Russian leadership that he would have
more flexibility, after the
election, to help surrender our nuclear
arsenal to Russian standards.
And there is so much more. He is a lawless son of a B, without a moral center, and without a regard for the system he is attempting to destroy -- and some of you think he is a great president. Traitors all.
