The crazy people on the Left, want you to believe that Trump is stacking the Court . . . .

According to The Nation,   . . .  believers in the rule of law should be concerned that something [other than conservatism] about this nominee appealed to Donald Trump. Kavanaugh has been an open advocate for precisely the sort of imperial presidency that the founders of the American experiment feared—and that Donald Trump relishes.

The title of the Nation's article reads:

Brett Kavanaugh Once Argued That a Sitting President Should Be Above the Law

Understand that the words of the title,  no where appear . . . . .  in any of the writings of Justice Kavanaugh.  Besides being farcical,  the article is, therefore,  a preposterous lie. Lets not forget that Kavanaugh has been a presiding justice on the DC Appellate Court,  for nearly 12 years.  He has written more than 290 legal opinions during that time.  We know a lot about the man,  and,  again,  nothing in those 290 written opinions,  even come close to pushing the idea that a sitting president is above the law.

The crazy people on the Left,  want you to believe that Trump is stacking the Court in order to resist any judgments that may come out of the Mueller "investigation."
