On Feb 26 of this year, the Supreme Court returned the DACA issue back to the Federal Court system. The Libs, as usual, misunderstood this as a rebuff of the Trump DACA stance.
Turns out that this is not true, and this morning, it is being reported that a Federal Appellate Court has made it clear that the President's decision to end DACA by Executive Order is perfectly legal, especially in view of the fact that DACA was created by Obama and his Executive Order. Turns out that Dictator Obama was a failure on this point. What the Appellate Court has done is this: It has made the obvious, obvious - a DACA solution is a matter of Congressional legislation.
Trump wants a DACA solution and he just got his leverage back.
