The highly classified intelligence document, published Monday by The Intercept, describes how Russia managed to infiltrate America’s voting infrastructure using a spear-phishing email scheme that targeted local government officials and employees.

Editor: Understand that there is nothing in our Constitution that proclaims the peoples' "right to know." And we don't have the right to know about the inner workings of ongoing investigations and clandestine activities of our government. Leaks of this nature, are extremely harmful to the government's ability to protect the population and communicate with leaders on the world's stage.
