Fake News story #197: FISA issues indictments against Trump.

Palmer Report article about this. It says Claude Taylor and Louise Mensch each have different sources telling them there’s a sealed indictment against Trump himself issued under the auspice of a FISA court.

Update 11:15pm ET
Many people here and elsewhere are (rightfully) objecting to the premise that a FISA court can issue indictments. Turns out that specific language wasn’t from the initial rumors. Laymen are simply misreporting in this game of telephone. A grand jury under the auspice of a FISA court can in fact issue indictments though, and the initial reports didn’t say a FISA court itself issued the indictment. Still completely and utterly unconfirmed.

Source: The Daily Kos.

Editor's notes:  Anyone notice how Daily Kos runs with the story that the FISA court has issued indictments against the President,  and then,  within a couple of hours,  essentially backs off the story?

For starters,  the FISA Court does not issue indictments;  neither does the FBI.  If your third guess is "the Justice Department,"  you would be correct.

So let's wait until that happens,  shall we.

  1. If Mike Pence and Speaker Paul Ryan also turn out to be complicit in the Russia scandal as co conspirators, we will be welcoming President Orrin Hatch, age 83. This indictment is separate from, and additional to, the substantive charges of collusion with the Russian state, and of money-laundering, sedition, violation of the Logan Act, and other crimes with which both Trump and Pence may be charged.

Speaker Paul Ryan, normally third in the line of succession, will be excluded as the intelligence community has an intercept in which Ryan openly admits that he knew Sergei Kislyak was washing Russian money into the GOP. This will convict Ryan on RICO charges.

Some of the violations committed this week by Pence and Trump include, but are not limited to, lying that Director Comey told Mr. Trump he was not being investigated; explicitly connecting Trump’s firing of Comey to the investigation of his connections with Russian hacking; using White House spokesmen knowingly to lie to the public, for example, Sarah Sanders Huckabee claiming Comey “committed atrocities”; having the Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, involve himself on a matter on which he was recused; explicitly stating that the White House wishes a new FBI Director to bring the Russia investigation to a conclusion; and witness tampering with threats to Director Comey.

As a result, sources say, steps are being taken by aspects of the Judicial Branch to preserve the constitutional Separation of Powers and these steps include ensuring a smooth transition of power. In order that Senator Hatch, the fourth in line, be ready to assume the duties of the office he will shortly be undertaking, several separate sources with links to the matter, report that the Senator is receiving copies of security briefings he will need upon becoming President.

An intel community source – now confirmed by legal source – there is recorded evidence of criminal wrongdoing by each of Trump’s adult children - Ivanka, Donald, and Eric. It’s not yet clear if there criminal wrongdoing. This now raises the question of what Donald Trump will do if his own children end up getting indicted or charged in relation to his own scandals. If such a deal were offered, would he be willing to give up the presidency in exchange for getting them off the hook.

None of Trump’s usual top five surrogates are making themselves available for today’s talk show circuit, according to Brian Stelter, one of CNN’s more reliable reporters. This is understandable, because anyone on Trump’s staff who goes out and answers questions about the Comey firing right now is facing at least some chance of getting sucked into the obstruction of justice that Trump is committing and committed in his recent interviews.

    1. I have included the above piece of plagiarized commentary for the readership.

The problem the Dims have in working to overthrow the 2016 election, is found in the fact that they lost the election, and, in losing, are faced with Trump replacements that are much more "on board" with Trump's demonstrable agenda than they desire. The above "Anonymous" nutjob commentary will never happen, but it does demonstrate the fact that the Dims understand that they have solved little of the problems they see in the White House by simply getting rid of the President. After Trump, there is Pence, then Paul Ryan, and, finally, in their abject stupidity, Oron Hatch (my all-time favorite pick for "president").

Trump and Pence are guilty of sedition.
Paul Ryan is "guilty" of collusion.
      Hatch is 83.

So that takes care of the top four in the Dimocrats plan to purge the nation of conservative leadership.

According to this idiotic Anonymous article, they are already working for a "smooth transition of power" concerning the Hatch Presidency . . . . . . a comment proving the total nonsense of the Anonymous article. Apparently "Anonymous" has forgotten that the Dims are on record refusing "the smooth transition of power." "They" do not believe in transition, smooth or otherwise, if the presidency is not a Progressive one.

Another indication that this is authored by a total wingnut, is the stated notion that Brian Stelter is a "reliable" CNN reporter, as mentally retarded a statement as any in this make-believe hit piece. Be that as it may.

What you have, in the Anonymous comment, is a vivid example of just how far into the forest of functional mental illness the "resistance" has gone.

None of the articles "features" are happening. It is all make believe, seriously.

To the clown who submitted this nonsensical comment, there will be no repeat performance. Thanks for illustrating the collective stupidity of many on the Left. Its been entertaining, to say the least. Want to put $600 on the truth of your article? I won the last bet we had (I actually know who wrote this "Anonymous" piece). Let's go two for two.
