Activist judges be damned. The Left does not respect our laws, our Constitution, or many of the processes defined by Constitutional law.
There is a reason why this legal rebellion began in Washington State and you know what that reason is, without explanation from me.

Our system is operating exactly as it should...with checks and balances.
In the end, trump's EO may be ruled to be legal...or not.

DeleteBTW, your point does not mean the Washington judge(s) is a Constitutional advocate. Outside of a civil war, however, the only resolution to this mindless legal stunt, is legislation and/or the eventual appeal to what the law actually says.
