Here is what we know about the Washington Court decision to block Trumps Executive Order.

The judge, an appointee of  GW Bush,  does pro-bono work representing refugees,  and is on public record supporting "black lives matters."  In other words,  he is an activist judge.    But you probably know this.  What you may not know is the reasoning behind his decision.

Judge Robart cited his opinion that the lawsuit to block the President's order had standing in that "irreparable damage could be done to the states" via the President's order.    He did not rule on the constitutionality of the Trump's decision.  Understand that if Trump is Constitutionally charged with the responsibility of immigration traffic into this country,  then he most certainly had the right to make this decision.

Expect this case to wind up in the "win column" of President Trump,  along with all his other trophies.
