Here is my reason explaining why the GOP allows gun permits to some "mentally ill."

Editor's notes: First, we assume this headline is accurate. Coming from Raw, that is quite an assumption.

Secondly, here is my [tongue in cheek] reason explaining why the GOP allows gun permits to some "mentally ill." I am thinking that since The Dems already have permits, the rest of the mentally ill should be treated with the same since of fairness as is accorded to the Dems (as in dem-wits).

Tongue in cheek? Yes. Still, it sounds reasonable to me.
