DeletePersonally, I like to celebrate women's achievements for things such as academic, artistic, athletic endeavors. It's great to see women who advance through life by virtue of their intellect and talent, rather than exploiting their body. My 'woman' is a chemical engineer, was her high school Valedictorian (after learning to speak English just 2 yrs prior) and heads a Sustainability for a global corporation. She is also beautiful and a superb athlete. That is being an overachiever.
You're such an arrogant snob. Your squeeze (that is what she is, right?) is no different than the woman in the Smithson lineage. My oldest daughter graduated summa cum laude in a class of 1,800, was head cheerleader in high school, queen of the city in which we lived, and was voted queen as a sophomore when all her competition were seniors. She is finishing up a second degree, related to her nursing degree. She is a millionaire but very involved in mission work to the poor. Of our seven adult kids, two are self made millionaires; One is a ER doctor, one a practicing lawyer, two are award winning teachers, and one is a successful business owner and head wrestling coach. My three boys were all state wrestling champs here in California and I coached 16 boys to state championships, over the years.
DeleteI could go on. My point is not about me and my lineage being superior. Rather, the point is this: you have no claim for superiority, none whatsoever. But you always have to make "it" personal. I am just returning the favor. My granddaughter is beautiful, and wants to see how she would do as clothing model. You being the dickhead you are, have to make something lewd and disgusting out it, this in spite of the fact that, as a practicing atheist, you have no reason for any kind of moral positioning.

DeleteCongrats on the wrestling champs. One of the toughest sports there is, especially when you're sucking weight.... running in vinyls, spitting in a cup. Been there. 25-1 in my wrestling career.
25 - 1 and no state championships? In Tennessee? But you miss my point, and that is your arrogant determination to convince some that you are somebody.
DeleteHead cheerleader, Fall Festival Queen, and Homecoming Queen, one of the best singing voices you have ever heard in your life, summa cum laude, millionaire, and the kind of mind you would not want to confront in a discussion of "God or Not God." Her children are all adopted and her free time is spent at the local mission. Ask your woman how unusual it is for one girl to be the smartest in her class, home coming queen, head cheer, and a community queen. Frivolous awards ? Yet, you do not know a single woman who has all these favors.
So enough of that.
This all started when you quantified the following, "That is being an overachiever" as if you are dealing with a man and his family who are not overachievers, as well.
Whatever.
You are an achiever in more than one discipline, but, I would guess that you are not truly at peace with where you are. I am.
