  1. President Pence.

“In the United States, it is illegal for businesses to use false statements to convince consumers to purchase their services. The evidence indicates that Trump University used a systemic pattern of fraudulent representations to trick thousands of families into investing in a program that can be argued was a sham. Fraud and racketeering are serious crimes that legally rise to the level of impeachable acts."

  2. "Impeachment" is a non-sequitur in today;'s partisan climate. The failure to successfully impeach Bill Clinton for lying, in spite of the fact that a civil court found him guilty of same and prevented him from practicing law for five years is proof of what I say. If the Dems will block an obvious impeachable offense, no president will be put to that test in the next 80 years.

Besides, more folks who attended the school will testify that they were well served, including some who have filed suit . . . .

Having said that, I do not defend the school. What I know is this: before the trial, none of us know all the issues involved. There will be no impeachment for the reasons I just stated, but, more than that, there will be no impeachment because all of the event took place years before Trump becomes president, should that happen. Kind of silly to make such a comment.

  3. Trump was still saying Obama's birth certificate was fake last yr. I don't think a guy who has a fake publicist who he impersonates, a fake university, liar of the year 2015, and who is a serial liar according to the author of his book... should be telling us what is true and what is not
