Truck bomb parked outside soccer stadium in Germany. Afternoon game is cancelled.

Germany has agreed to take in more Syrian refugees than other European nations.  Could this bombing attempt be in response to that circumstance.  And understand this,  a truck bomb parked outside an 80,000 seat stadium is not what we call,  "Having ISIS contained."  There is some confusion exists about this threat.  Some reports have the bomb inside the stadium  . . . .   no truck. 

As the weeks  days  hours pass,  Obama's statement,  Friday morning,  that we have ISIS contained,  is all the more stupid   . . .   assuming that statement was not an outright lie.  

Hanover, Germany,  is completely shut down,  as to city travel and domestic marketling.
