  1. Riding a motorcycle isn't exercise. Go hiking.

    1. Of course it is exercise . . . . 130 cals per hour contrasted with 340 cals running at 3 miles per hour . . . but I ride 10 hour days. Of course, it is not cardio but I burn well over 1000 cals per day. Round trip? I lose a pound on a 2000 mile trip. Big difference between my exercising on a trip and your running: I take pictures of Mother Nature and you take pictures of yourself.

  2. Riding a motorcycle burns less calories than walking.
Dude, you have no idea. HIIT is the fountain of youth, but of course, it hurts.
Why do you think I'm 55, and still look like a kid?

    1. Of course it is less than walking, but more than sitting and doing nothing. Like I said, about 130 extra calories per hour or 1300 calories on a 10/12 hour day. I have two bad knees, one is mechanical sooo no thanks on the walking thingy.

Look like a kid, act and think like a kid.

    1. Still, I get "thumbs up" from passing cars. Folks understand that I am a traveling man. Maybe you didn't see the lower picture.
