The Headline reads:

Congratulations to US President Barack Obama on Independence Day

July 4, 2014, 12:00
Vladimir Putin congratulated President of the United States of America Barack Obama on national holiday - Independence Day.

In his message of congratulations, Mr Putin said that he hopes that ties between the two countries, which have a rich history, will continue successful development on a pragmatic and equal basis despite the current differences and difficulties.
The President also stressed that Russia and the United States are both countries bearing particular responsibility for ensuring international stability and security and should therefore cooperate not just for the benefit of their own peoples but also in the entire world’s interest.
Mr Putin said it is important to build bilateral relations based on mutual respect and genuine consideration of each other’s interests.   . . . .     a brief article coming from the Kremlin News.

Editor's notes:  Keep in mind that this is the same ex-KGB Director (Putin) who is believed to have ordered the poisoning deaths of Anna Politkovskaya,   Alexander Litvinenko, and,  the Ukrainian politician Viktor Yushchenko,  is rapidly increasing the size of his military,  has successfully invaded Crimea,  has threatened Europe with an oil embargo, has increased military spending by 25% in a single year (2014),   offered military actionable aid to Iraq (fighter jets and pilots along with military support to President Maliki) while the US picks it nose hoping the problem will go away,   is working in partnership with Iran in South America,  growing his influence in Bulgaria,  working against the E.U. and on and on.

We should never forget Obama's voluntary promise - knowing that he was near an open mic,  " I can be more flexible after the (2012)  election, and the Russian response,  "I will tell Putin" or words to that effect  (YouTube, here) .  If Obama is not openly seeking friendship and alliance with Russia  . . . . .   well,  there really is no other explanation for this staged event.

Understand that Obama's world view includes moving America away from its  history,  its traditions,  its very foundation - precisely the same goals of Putin for America.    Indeed,  "the enemy of our enemy is our friend," is no more worrisome/obvious than in the case of Putin/Obama and the United States of America.   I will leave you with proof H Obama's intentions as detailed by the one person in this world who knows his true intentions,   M Obama:

May of 2008:

MICHELLE OBAMA, speaking Puerto Rico: "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation."

As an update,  we have Obama making the same statement,  in reality,  but written in more "acceptable" terms:  "In a globalized world  . . . .  forging this kind of furture willnot be easy.   It will require new ways of thinking and a new spirit of cooperation . . . .  we'll need the knid of politicis and policies in Washington that finally reflect the best values of America"  (Change We Can Believe In,  page 5 in a forward written by B Obama).

  1. You neither understand black politics nor give a damn. In Obama, we have an articulate leader of the free world - and, yes, it is still free - a representative of the New Academic Left, and that is why you resist him so much. You see a black thug walking the dark streets of Chicago, on the one hand and, on the other hand, you see a man who is able to command the votes and minds of millions who have been waiting for intelligent opposition to 200 years of mind-boggling nonsense . . . . . and you fear both scenarios.

Its was Ab Lincoln, YOUR Republican icon, who once said, "I make the world a better place when I make my enemy, my friend." That is all that is going on, here. Obama has obligations to the world community, as we all do, and you hate that. Face it, you are resisting the future, as it forces itself on you like a wedding dress at a shotgun ceremony.

  2. Oh, but I do understand, more than you think. I am well aware of the connection between W.E.B. Du Bois (the father of the modern day Black Radical Tradition),connection and black Marxist intellectuals (I am talking true intellectuals, not the BS types represented by the Obamas) such as Jeremiah Wright (vulgar yet quite the intellectual), Professor Charles Haley, Dr. Anthony Monteiro, Cornel West, Angela Davis, Mark Lamont Hill, Farah Jasmine Griffin, and Vijay Prashad, Martin Luther Jr., Audre Lorde, Malcolm X, Kwame Ture, Amiri Baraka and others. I don't mention these folks, because they represent a whole other-world, most unfamiliar to the readership. I worry about getting so far "into the weeds" in discussing Obama, his phoniness as a true intellectual, and those Black Marxist-oriented intellectuals (blacks and whites - such as Bill Ayers and Elizabeth Warren) named above, who have, for the most part, separated themselves from Obama, or, to put it more accurately, those who Obama has left out of his continuing "debate" as to the national conscience.

Indeed, his more privately stated rhetoric has been of the Radial type, but his 6 years as candidate/president have demonstrated an inability to manage a crisis for a Marxist, One World, Utopian purpose. He waits for a crisis, or, in some cases, facilitates such, and then the whole spinning circumstance flies apart, and we are left with, yet, another mess.

As far as Ab Lincoln, that is not the actual quote, but close enough. Apparently you have forgotten, that he was reluctant but willing to allow for the Civil War as a last ditch strategy of forcing racial change. If you are comparing Obama and Putin with Lincoln and the Civil War, well, that is a patently pathetic comparison.

I don't agree, but your wedding dress analogy was a good one.

  3. So I could paste any of these names into a search engine and see a connection between that person and Radical Black Tradition? And Obama is not of that same mind-set? Seriously???

  4. You misunderstand. He is plenty radical, but has no identity with the Black Radical TRADITION of a Martin Luther King, or a Malcolm X , or an Angela Davis. These folks where in the streets, some killed and others imprisoned, not the case for Barack Obama or his thuggish Enforcer, Eric Holder.

He is not fighting for an expansion of Black civil rights, per se; rather, he is fighting for a New World Order, one which would benefit blacks as well as all minorities (the whites be damned), or so he believes. Think about it, Radical Black Tradition was never about a borderless world, or a nation (the U.S.) being absorbed by a larger and irresistible New World Order.

Also, understand, it is clear that Obama's New World Order is precisely that, OBAMA's New World Order. In a sense, he is making it all up, on the fly and he sorely resents ANYONE who would detract from what he knows best as the Reformer of the World Social Economy. Why do you think he placed himself in the middle of two giant Greek pillars, or spoke as if a Messiah (earth cooling and oceans receding and all that nonsense) . . . this is not about pure and simple Marxist reform, but Obama's version of Marxist reform; he has imagined his own agenda, and in so doing, has separated himself from the very radicalism (Martin Luther King and company) that gave him the presidency. In affect, he is a plagiarist.

He was raised a privileged white kid, abandoned that reality when the time was right, and now pretends to be of the same ilk as many I have named. He is not. He has never marched in civil rights protest, or pushed a reform that was not of his creation or amendment. He has never spent time in jail for his beliefs, wrote a book on black social reform, offered a speech in the Radical Tradition, or distinguished himself as a civil rights leader at any level. He is an impostor and the Jeremiah Wrights/Anthony Monteiro/Cornel West of this world are well aware of this fact.

    1. He IS a black. He doesn't have to march in a parade or participate in some act of civil disobedience, to prove himself. As a far as his plans or desires for the future, he is a renaissance man for the ages, a once in a century phenom and he knows it . . . . . and he refuse to be held down by the likes of you and your breed. I am black, and like the fact that he is not like the others, who did next to nothing for the black, over the years. He deserves our respect and our accolades, as close to a Messiah for the Black man as I can remember. Honestly, what is wrong about giving honor to whom is due?

    2. Seriously, he is half white, and if his skin color had been a testament to him being half white, your thinking might be somewhat different. Being half black, then does not make him "Black" anymore more than proving he is white. I mean, if his mom was white, if he was raised by white grandparents, if his schooling and youthful years were those of a privileged white kid, if he never fought for civil rights in the black man's war to right the wrong's dealt him in a harsh, Democrat/KKK hating South; if he never wrote a book, a paper, or a delivered a speech related to the advancement of the Civil Rights Movement, then what is it that convinces you he is "Black” more than he is white?

Again, it is cannot be his heritage or life style or some sense of ethnic obligation, so what remains? The answer: only how he acts. And what has he done, in specific ways, for the black community? In what ways does he function as a black man? I can tell you one thing, his popularity within the black community (down to 75% from95% a couple of years ago) was because of his skin color and the fact that he talk the talk, when in their churches and NAACP meeting halls, not because he was someone’s “renaissance man.”

"Hope and change" were promises, not real domestic strategies. I understand that you still hope for change with this man, but, after five and a half years, it ain't going to happen. Because of his inescapable whiteness, he validates himself as "black" ONLY if he ACTS black. And what have his past actions proven? That he is a great campaigner, tied to the white man’s world of finance and hierarchy, and more concerned with personal wealth than standing in the gap and lifting the black man out of his cultural or economic trap. While he has expanded the welfare rolls, he has done nothing to defeat so-called “trickle down” or, in any way, actually helped the black man in ways that King and X and Travis Smally have not.

    3. One more thing: I know I am not going to change your thinking about Obama, but answer me this: why should the black community support this man, as they did in the past? Do you honestly think "renaissance man" flies with average black man or woman, locked down in the hood, scared to go out at night, losing their children to gang violence and prison? How does a "borderless world" help the ghetto black ? I am betting you don't have an answer.
