So, if the ObamaCare site is mystically working as promised (this is the current BS coming from our WH), why did "they" just postpone the small business mandate as of three stinking days ago? I missed the reason. What was it, again?

Understand that this site (ObamaCare) has no security. Your data is not protected and will not be for a couple of years. But more than this, only the individual mandate remains which includes around 15 million policies now condemned by this Administration. The Big Business and Small Business mandates have been postponed until after the 2014 midterms elections and these include more than 140 policies holders.
