Three weeks before the election, Obama's "Strongly Approve" remains as it has been for three years.

“Strongly Approve”  is Obama’s enthusiasm survey  -  those who will vote for him,  those who will work for his re-election.  In 2008,  this number was 45% and he won by 7 points.  I do not believe that he can win with the current number,  28%.  His “youth army” is long gone.  In its place,  Obama is attempting to flood the “market place” with ads,  since he does not own the volunteer civilian army,  of old.  There is a 20 point separation between Romney and Obama.  Romney has move up 18 point to within 4,  with the women’s vote.  The white vote is down to 35% from a 2008 high of 43%.  Black pastors have set a goal of moving 25% of that demographic into the Romney camp.  The Catholic Church is working to defeat Obama,  as well.  Turnout within the youth voting block may be down as much as 20% and a full 13 million 2008 voters are expected to stay at home.
