Per Rasmussen Reports, Biden did not "stop the bleeding."

Three days following the VP debate, Romney is 2 points up in a Rasmussen report that is his first to include debate reaction.

In short, Biden did not "stop the bleeding," as many had hoped, at least as far as Rasmussen is concerned.

You really cannot tell by looking, but, on the day of the VP debate, Obama/Romney were tied.
