The Marxist Media is caught in another lie, this time against Gov Nikki Haley.

IRS not investigating Nikki Haley for tax fraud    South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley's office Friday provided IRS documentation that she is not facing investigation for tax fraud, calling accusations that she was “totally contrived.”  —  Haley denied the rumors of a looming tax indictment on Thursday. . . .   (this is taken from The Hill, a respect but Left leaning news outlet used by this Review).

Understand that Conservative patriots,  especially TEA party related patriots,  are under attack by a malicious Marxist media that is relentless,  well funded,  and aligned with Saul Alinsky's first principle in social revolution, namely the use of the principle that "the ends justify the means."  "They" are doing to Nikki Haley what they have tried and failed to do with Sarah Palin.

Point of post:  the press can no longer be trusted, on its face,  and must be vetted with each and every story it (the media) publishes.  As you read the following,  virtually all of the following reporting is an accumulation of "fact" that is nuanced in such a way as to give an utterly false presentation.  From "two well-place legal experts" to the last paragraph of the second "press release"  are untrue or loaded with media nuance.  The "two . . .  experts" or media people who actually got a degree in something other than journalism.  And coming "under scrutiny" (the last paragraph) simply means that the Marxist Media is desperately trying to dig up dirt on the governor.  As you read,  if you read,  keep telling yourself that "none of this is true."

Here is the final word from the IRS to the governor:

“After further consideration of your organization, we have determined that an investigation is not warranted at this time for the above tax period,” the letter states.

Gov. Nikki Haley
A First Press Release,  posted on Wednesday.  This was a ridiculous media lie from the beginning.
Press release text:
Two well-placed legal experts have independently told Palmetto Public Record they expect the U.S. Department of Justice to issue an indictment against South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley on charges of tax fraud as early as this week.

A highly ranked federal official has also privately confirmed rumblings of an investigation and possible indictment of the governor, though the official was not aware of the specific timeframe.

Yesterday, Palmetto Public Record exclusively reported that the Internal Revenue Service has been investigating since March of 2011 the Sikh worship center run by Gov. Haley’s father. At least five lawsuits have been filed against the Sikh Society of South Carolina since 2010, alleging that the group bilked contractors out of nearly $130,000 for the construction of a new temple.

Gov. Haley is reported to have managed the temple’s finances as late as 2003, and our sources believe any indictment would center on what happened to the missing money.

Palmetto Public Record will post a story later this afternoon detailing the temple’s shady finances and the governor’s possible involvement. Stay tuned…

A second press release: I am not about to record the website,  but this made the national news portals I use for this site.  Note the words "forced," federal investigation," "old habits die hard," cough up cash," "is alleged," discrepancies - exposed," "Haley's shoddy accounting ," "allegations to the FBI."

New release:

Thirteen months ago, this website reported on allegations that the Sikh Religious Society of South Carolina was stiffing contractors out of thousands of dollars – a story which opened the door to a federal investigation of the temple and its politically-connected leaders (including S.C. Gov. Nikki Haley).

Apparently old habits die hard.

In a lawsuit filed just last month in Richland County, S.C., Sherwin Williams is asking a judge to force the temple to cough up the cash for an unpaid painting bill totaling $11,083.16.

The Sikh Religious Society of South Carolina is run by Ajit S. Randhawa, father of S.C. Gov. Nikki Haley. The governor – who kept the books for her “family business” – is also alleged to have kept the books for the temple, where she previously served as a member of its board of directors.

Discrepancies in the temple’s finances were first exposed in this .exclusive report published by FITS in November 2010. At the time, these problems were presumed to be merely another example of Haley’s shoddy accounting work – not some elaborate conspiracy warranting a federal probe

Five months later, however, we learned that federal agents were indeed “asking questions” about the temple’s finances based on information provided to them by the S.C. State Law Enforcement Division (SLED), one of Haley’s cabinet agencies.

Earlier this week, FITS learned that former SLED chief Reggie Lloyd – who announced his resignation from the Haley administration last March – forwarded specific temple-related allegations to the FBI in early 2011, and that a North Carolina branch of the agency has sought documents from the temple.

That has reportedly led to an investigation into Haley’s personal finances, which have come under scrutiny since she took office a year ago.
