News Alert: Reports that Obama is backing off his contraception order are not true per ABC News

Talking point #331:  forcing churches to buy insurance coverage that advances the premature deaths of 1.4 million unborn, each year,  is no different from forcing churches to pay for such coverage,  directly.

It is being reported (7:45 am pst) this morning that Obama has caved in to the pressure of those opposing his unConstitutional and imperialist demand that the Catholic Church change its doctrine per his dictates.
Not true  --  only smoke and mirrors.
Here is the ABC report,  this morning,  that exposes this bit of deceptive nonsense.

Obama to Announce Contraception Rule ‘Accommodation’ for Religious Organizations

With the White House under fire for its new rule requiring employers including religious organizations to offer health insurance that fully covers birth control coverage, at 12:15 p.m. ET, President Obama will announce an attempt to accommodate these religious groups.

The move, based on state models, will almost certainly not satisfy bishops and other religious leaders since it will preserve the goal of women employees having their birth control fully covered by health insurance.
Sources say it will be respectful of religious beliefs but will not back off from that goal, which many religious leaders oppose since birth control is in violation of their religious beliefs. . . .

Update:

Talking point #332:  This entire episode proves Obama's disregard for the Constitution,  and his subtle hatred of the "white man's religion" (to quote his pastor of 22 years)  as if we did not already know this.

FoxNews is reporting a similar forecast.  The "compromise" is found in the strategy of requiring insurance providers to pay for the contraception devices rather than the employer (i.e. the Church) ,  Understand that the insurance coverage is required and contraception coverage remains a forced issue.  This entire episode proves Obama's disregard for the Constitution,  and his subtle hatred of the "white man's religion" (to quote his pastor of 22 years)  as if we did not already know this.

Understand that Obama's effort to force churches to hire anyone who applies for work,  regardless of their personal beliefs,  was struck down January 11. (2012).

HOSANNA-TABOR CHURCH v. EEOC, ET AL.     No. 10-553. Argued October 5, 2011 -- Decided January 11, 2012  -- would have required a church school, for example to hire "unbelievers."  More than this,  it would have forced a particular church to hire an atheist.

This humanistic/secular attack on Christianity was struck down by the Supreme Count in a 9-0 decision.  Even his own appointments to the court saw this law for the transparent attack on religion that it was.
