If the Russians can influence our elections, why can't Google and FaceBook and Twitter, all Progessive infested, do the same ?

If the Russians can influence our elections,  why can't Google and FaceBook and Twitter,  all Progessive infested, do the same ?   In fact,  why should we believe that is not their goal with the 2018 election?  Their change in algorithims,  just in time to limit access to Conservative grass root media,  was something that surfaced just 8 weeks,  a change that all but made this blog "invisible" on the web,  a change that cut our pageviews by 90%  .  When I say "invisible,"  I mean to imply that a search for Midknight Review on Google will find only one entiry when that same search three months ago would give you 50 to70 articles.   And my story is identical to thousands of other grass roots citizen media types.

I don't fear the Russians.  I fear the enemy within  (and on the Left).

The infiltration of what some call " the Deep State" has been going on for two decades or more. .

Chalk one up for the swamp. The permanent progressive state finally ran Scott Pruitt out of the Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday, and the tragedy is that Mr. Pruitt gave his enemies so much ammunition.
President Trump announced on Twitter Thursday afternoon that he had accepted Mr. Pruitt’s resignation. Mr. Pruitt cited the “unrelenting attacks on me personally” and his family that have “taken a sizable toll on us all.” He’s right about unrelenting. Dozens of reporters have examined every furl of Mr. Pruitt’s forehead since he started the job.
Press dispatches have suggested that he misused private air travel, sent staff on personal errands and bought $1,560 pens, among dozens of other allegations. Mr. Pruitt says most of this was false or exaggerated, and no doubt much of it was. He’s also right that billionaires Tom Steyer and Mike Bloomberg were out to get him. You can add the EPA bureaucracy that leans left, the green lobby entwined with it, and their collaborators in the press corps  . . . . . .

What happens if the Senate returns to the GOP? Well, for one thing, we can finalize all those investigations into the most corrupt Administration in our life times.

With a victory for Senate Republicans and a GOP control of Congress,  there is this consideration:  More than putting the several investigations back on track (Fast and Furious, Benghazi, Obama's campaign against both the local and national  media,  his illegal surveillance programs,  the debacle with the ObamaCare program and its website,  the IRS targeting scheme against political conservatives, regulatory crimes against political opponents, and etc, etc, etc),  all laughably stalled by the Democrat/Collectivists in power),   money's can be withheld,  treatises can be refused and regulations can be reversed. If Obama wants to get anything done,  in a lasting way,  he will have to negotiate with Congress and stop this nonsense of Imperial Rule.

If if if,  the GOP wins back the Senate,  the corrections to Obama's  corruption and illegal activities will become featured reasons for giving the WH back to a competent national leader.

Understand that those in power,  at the present time,  do not believe in the founding principles of this country.  They believe Columbus was a slave traitor,  that Washington was feckless as a moralist and,  himself,  another slave traitor.  They believe the US Constitution was and is a "white man's document,"  that the 14th Amendment (giving the states the right to self governance) was written to protect racial bias and preserve White Privilege.  They believe that this land belonged to Mexico and "native Americans"  (hey,  I was born in Glendale, Ca., and claim to be a native Aermican for that reason) hence, their open-borders policies,  that this great country wrongly left its British Overlords and built an economy of capitalist "profit centers" that keeps the poor man poor,  and the rich man in power.

I have said,  from the very beginning,  that Obama just might prove to be the worst thing to have every happened to the Democrat Party.  I wait for the confirmation.
