Obama's Iranian deal, if agreed to, will allow Iran to develop an intercontinental missile delivery system . . . . seriously.

Breaking: Obama Hid North Korean Rocket Component Transfers to Iran

US intelligence officials have now revealed that during the Iran nuclear negotiations, North Korea has sent several shipments of advanced missile components to the Iranian regime in violation of UN sanctions - and that the Obama Administration hid the violations from the UN.
Since September more than two shipments of missile parts have been monitored by U.S. intelligence agencies as they transited from North Korea to Iran, said officials familiar with intelligence reports who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Details of the arms shipments were included in President Obama’s daily intelligence briefings and officials suggested information about the transfers was kept secret from the United Nations, which is in charge of monitoring sanctions violations.

Critics of the U.S.-led nuclear framework agreement reached in Switzerland earlier this month have said one major deficiency of the accord is its failure to address Iran’s missile program, considered a key nuclear delivery system for the Islamist regime. 

CIA spokesman Ryan Trapani declined to comment on the missile component shipments, citing a policy of not discussing classified information  . . . . . .  No wonder the Iranians insisted that their ballistic missiles program was off the table in any negotiations. Why the president agreed to it is another matter entirely, especially since he had to have known the sanctions he kept boasting about were being grossly violated.
U.N. sanctions imposed in 2009 on North Korea’s nuclear and missile tests prohibit the export of missiles and related technology, and obviously the president didn't want to make an issue of that either, even if it meant deceiving the UN and the P5+1.  (you will want to read the full article,  linked above).

Prediction: there will be no Iranian/US agreement, today. Just another failed deadline (there have two previous deadlines) ala Obama's "red line" in Syria.

And when the "agreement" is reached,  it will not be in writing;  Kerry will insist that it is not a binding treaty (he has already made that rather stupid admission).  More than this,   Kerry has been instructed by Obama to allow Iran to store it's nuclear material in underground bunkers,  preventing their destruction by either Israel or the other Arab nations in the region (none of them support this "peace" effort).  And, in June,  if not another failed deadline,  this Administration will boast about the "peace accord" with the same feckless ineptness that went into its brag about Yemen and Somalia and the "death of al Qaeda" and the J.V. status of ISIS and the declaration that Iraq was "strong,  stable and sovereign." 

Now, the Iranians do not want a signed and written agreement and Obama is thinking about agreeing to that demand. Geeeeesh.

The Obama administration and Congress have clashed over bills to impose new sanctions on Iran or to require Senate ratification of any nuclear deal. However, the Iranians appear to have treated the March 31 date as merely an opportunity to drag talks out further–this time, until a deadline of July 1.
When the extension of talks was announced last year–the third new deadline in a process that was supposed to last no more than six months when first announced in late 2013–there were two deadlines reported. One was March 1, 2015, the deadline for a “political framework agreement.” The other was July 1, for “final agreement including annexes,” according to a CNN report at the time. However, the political framework agreement was always vaguely defined, and later extended.
The West has attempted to negotiate with Iran for years. Iran’s refusal to obey international norms and treaties to which it had already committed led to six UN Security Council resolutions banning all nuclear enrichment activity.
When he came to office, President Barack Obama treated prior negotiations as if they had never happened, and sought new talks with the regime. Israeli officials warned that Iran would simply use new talks to buy more time to develop its nuclear capabilities.
And thus it proved to be. Under the present negotiations–which Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called a “historic mistake,” and the French government once called a “sucker’s deal”–Iran has bought time again and again.
The Obama administration played up the March deadline as if it would produce a written agreement, perhaps to buy time as Congress began questioning the emerging details of the likely deal.
Iran, however, has played Obama, once again, for a fool.
