Understand that Holder has been around since the days of Bill Clinton.  In fact,  he engineered the Presidential pardon of Marc Rich, the most prolific tax evader in American history.  The man and his wife gave the Clinton's more than $1 million dollars in campaign donations.  Because of these donations,  Bill Clinton was looking for an excuse to give this pardon and Eric Holder,  as morally devoid an attorney as has ever existed within the ranks of the Federal Government,  willingly give Clinton all the legal excuses he thought necessary to justify this criminally incompetent decision.  The word "corrupt" does not begin to describe this decision,  and Eric Holder was front and center in its transaction.  Even Slate.com,  as Marxist oriented a "news" source as exists,  has made note of this self-serving and compromised decision in a fairly recent published complaint.

As Attorney General,  Holder has functioned as a black activist hack,  refusing to prosecute cases having to do with black/brown activism,  whether committed by the Black Panthers or the Islamic group,  CAIR.  He has replaced more than 40 DOJ attorneys with men and women concerned with empowering Black Activism.  He is on record opposing our local police force(s),

More than this,  his public record as AG is one of revenge against the White man.  He is an anti-colonialist to the core, working against all that our colonial history provided in terms of leadership and foundational principles (the Bill of Rights,  the US Constitution,  the rules of congressional governance and our foundation "respect for law and order").

Much of the civil unrest in Ferguson,  can be directly traced to the activist speech of the haters within the Black community.  He and his boss, B Hussein Obama, sides with the activist Muslim community on every occasion possible,  and has contributed to making this country more vulnerable  than at any time in the past 13 years (since 9/11 of 2001).

One of his first decisions as AG was to give respect and honor to CAIR,  a domestic terror sponsor red-flagged by the FBI prior to the Obama Administration.

The Inspector General for the DOJ,  was one of more than 45 Inspecter Generals who filed an official complaint detailing the refusal of federal agencies to be open and transparent.  That list can be found here.

Holder has refused to obey a Congressional subpoena and is has been given until October 22,  to comply with a Federal Court's order to surrender Fast and Furious documents.

I am certain a full-blown book could be written about this man's failures and criminal activity. It is a shame that our first Black executive administration is corrupt in its core principles and Marxist oriented in his Revenge Strategies for the United States.  We will recover, as a nation.  Hopefully,  this "recovery," which began with the midterms of 2010,  will continue until completed.  

Some believe this is part of the reason why Holder has suddenly decided to quit as AG.

A federal judge ordered the Justice Department Thursday to release a list of documents it is withholding from the public related to Operation Fast and Furious within the next month.     

Calling the Obama administration’s request for further delays “unconvincing,” U.S. District Court Judge John D. Bates told the Justice Department to release the list of documents—called a “Vaughn index”—that the department is withholding by Oct. 22.  Bates said in his ruling. “The Court will therefore extend the Department’s Vaughn index submission deadline to October 22, 2014—and no further.”

. . . . . .    The Justice Department has claimed executive privilege over the documents.

“The Obama administration failed to game the courts and now will have to account for its Fast and Furious lies,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in a statement. “Two federal courts have now rejected Eric Holder’s election-related ploy to keep this information from the American people. This is a battle that put Eric Holder in contempt of Congress, saw Nixonian assertions of executive privilege by Barack Obama, and a hapless Congress in the face of all this lawlessness.”  (read the full article here).  

Another Federal Court decision against the Obama Administration. This time is was against his so-called "Department of Justice."

Remember these two Ignorants,  posing as tough guys instead of mere racist punks?  Well,  they did not show for their scheduled trial and were convicted of charges related to this scene on November 4 of 2008, and were found guilty because of their absence.

Turns out that Holder, the newly appointed head of "Justice,"   vacated this prosecution in following a policy of refusing to prosecute Blacks, in general,  on charges of voter fraud.  In our second video,  below,  Holder, in testimony before the House,   challenged comparisons of voter suppression in the South in the 1960's (and before) with the actions of the two Black Panthers in Philadelphia, and, in so doing,  demonstrated a certain dismissiveness with regard to the Black Panther incident.  It is as if he was saying (under his breath),  


"You think this was bad,  it was nothing as to what my people went through for decades,  in the South . . . this is get even time as to voter suppression,  folks!!"

An assistant prosecutor in the DOJ,  under Eric Holder, Christian Adams,   interviewed with Megyn Kelly (an 8 minute segment)  as to the extent of the prosecutorial misconduct within the DOJ. Adams resigned in protest.  In the interview,  he argued that the voting booth is "sacred" and leveled this shocking charge:

" . . . there is a hostility in the . . . .civil rights division [of the DOJ] to bringing cases on behalf of white victims for the benefit of national racial minorities . . . . that is a fact. . ."

Today,  after all the talk,  all the cover-up,  all the black bias driven garbage coming from our Department of Justice,   a Federal DC Judge ruled that Obama's  Department of Justice did,   in fact,  interfere with the prosecution of two New Black Panther party members after they were filmed outside a Philadelphia polling place in 2008  intimidating voters. This is something the Justice Department has denied up to this point.

The ruling came as part of a motion by the conservative legal watch dog group Judicial Watch, who had sued the DOJ in federal court to enforce a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for documents pertaining to the the New Black Panthers case. Judicial Watch had secured many previously unavailable documents through their suit against DOJ and were now suing for attorneys’ fees.

From the judge: The documents reveal that political appointees within DOJ were conferring about the status and resolution of the New Black Panther Party case in the days preceding the DOJ’s dismissal of claims in that case, which would appear to contradict Assistant Attorney General Perez’s testimony that political leadership was not involved in that decision. Surely the public has an interest in documents that cast doubt on the accuracy of government officials’ representations regarding the possible politicization of agency decision-making.
