Editor: and when would you suppose Trump play the "Boss" card on a governor? Answer: When he saw a governor acting out a dangergous policy with regards to Corona or the Recovery.

PS. Let's not forget that Trump is the head of all federally employed people. He is the head of all military locations the Boss of all military personel. Perhaps he could order all manufacturing responsible for the building of our military aircraft, our nuclear subs, etc. He could order the IRS to pursue investigations of those who refuse his orders . . . . I mean, Obama did, why not Trump.

Simply put, the Man has the power if not the authority to get things done.
