This blog is not going to spend much time reporting on the feckless House Majority, but . . . . .
there is value in comparing this Midterm with Bill Clinton's and Barack Obama's first midterms. It looks like the Prez lost 34 seats in the House, this compared to a 53 seat lose for Clinton and a 64 seat wipe our for our wannabe Muslim President, Barack Obama. Trump visited 11 states and help 44 rallies in the last week and a half before election day . . . . the hardest working president in
our lifetimes. This is why the Dems only have an 11 seat majority in the House.
In the Senate, it is looking like the GOP will have a 54 seat majority for the next two years. With that majority. Federal Court confirmations will be much easier, thank you very much, Harry Reid, for giving the Right Side the Nuclear Option.
All treatise and trade-agreements are ratified by the Senate.
Most importantly, there will be no impeachment without the Senate. And if the Dems get carried away with their brain-dead investigations, the Senate can open investigations into Hillary's criminal activities. Like the president says, two can this game.
Finally, know that the Senate races are much more predictive of the 2020 presidential race than the 435 House contests.
