These talking points were issued a year ago, for the first time. These every points, including the use of Elizebeth Warren, is a re-run . . . . word for word. In other words, "they" have run out of ammonition.

And no Cabinet members believes he is incompetent, none. Understand that a Cabinet Member has to invoke the 25th Amendment. Ain't going to happen.
