Simple question: Why didn't Woodward say, "Here's my report and here is my evidence?"

Here is my rule:  when the primary reason for doing 

an investigation is to make 

a killing selling your book, your credibility is worthless.

You ask, "Dishonest men can't tell the truth?"  

I say,  "As a citizen jouralist,  the question is irrelevant."
