Kerry is critical of Barack for not keeping his pledge regarding the "red line." Barack's refusal to honor his own words was a huge problem for the US becausedestroyed the trust factor between whatever Barack promised to member countries in the Middle East. Kerry was also critical of Obama

for not committing to diplomatic follow-up regarding Syrian gas attacks. Understand that the deaths of 300,000 Syrians (a conservative number) is all on Barack Obama.
