Barack arrogantly claims that these numbers are the same as during 2015 or 2016. More lies on par with Barack's claims regarding ObamaCare. And we know that as annual averages go, none of these numbers typified the Obama years. Never forget that it was Obama telling us that "2.0% was the new norm for GDP averages," He was the one telling us that manufacturing jobs were not coming back
