Editor: Will foreign policy [now] burn? Seriously? This is what the heavy thinkers at the NY Times pretend to be a critical question.

Look, Barack played tag with the Muslim Brotherhood as he helped to take down the existing Egyptian president. He invited the Brotherhood into his WH as advisors !! The same Brotherhood that assassinated Anwar Sadat, past president of Egypt. back in 1981. The same Brotherhood rejected by most of the established Muslim communities in the Middle East.

Barack violated the agreement between Bush and Omar Gaddafi, an agreement that saved the life of Gaddafi if he surrendered his nuclear arsenal, which he did. An agreement that Barack, in his extreme arrogance, violated and in doing do, destroyed the government of Libya, giving ISIS a training ground and a foothold in the Middle East.

It was Barack who made a deal with Iran that promised a legal path to nuclear arms within ten years, beginning in 2015.   In other words, it is Iran that has the legal promise to arm itself against Israel within the next 7 stinking years. That is what Barack did.

I could go on and on. My point? Don't be stupid enough to think that Trump/Bolton would even match the idiocy of the Obama years as relates to the Middle East.

The Stated Nonsense from the Left now includes these Progressive goals:

July 2, 2008, Obama had this to say: "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."
