an official in a government department, in particular one perceived as being concerned with procedural correctness at the expense of people's needs.

These are the same people who write 95% of our laws, including the ObamaCare law and Dodd/Frank. Same people who ordered a fine of $35,000 a day be levied against a North Dakota couple after the Supreme Court told them, the EPA cabal, to cease and desist. They are a threat to our very liberties, unelected and, in most case, unaccountable and a huge percentage of these clowns are European Progressives or outright New Age Communists.

The Stated Nonsense from the Left now includes these Progressive goals:
