Judge Napolitano taken off air at Fox News.

"  . . . . .  Napolitano said on one program that "Fox News has spoken to intelligence community members who believe that surveillance did occur, that it was done by British intelligence.”
Fox News, however, did no such thing, forcing its anchors to walk back Napolitano’s statement."

Notes:  as a result of this event,  the judge was placed on an indefinite leave of absence.  Time will tell if he returns.  Dick Morris was allowed to return after he was benched because of grossly inaccurate predictions during the 2012 election cycle.  But his credibility was so damaged,  that most of the anchors at Fox did not seek is services.  Ed Henry and Gregg Jarett were also benched,  last year.  Both have returned and are mainstays at Fox,  once again.  I suspect the judge will, likewise, return after an apologetic explanation.  But don't look for this to happen anytime soon.

From this editor's point of view,  I believe that the judge,  a good man,  missed on a number of predictions as to legal consequences regarding several events over the years.  He was infinitely more accurate, however,  than sources from Politico,  The Hill and NY Times,  sources used more and more often at Fox.

  1. Yet we have a president who cites this guy ... a 9/11 truther as 'proof' of wiretapping? What does that tell you about Trump and his ability to process information?

    1. It was your side and tose Hollywood clowns that invented the 0/11 truther nonsense along with "the Russians enlisted Trump as a secret agent" and "men can become girls" crap.

And it is "wiretap" not wiretap. And, the NSA "wiretaps" everyone in the country, every single person, and Flynn was "wiretapped" and his files leaked to the Wa/Post by an Obama operative within the Justice Department. And nothing Flynn did was illegal.
