A Dallas County District Court judge this week dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed against Shapiro by Mohamed’s father, Mohamed Mohamed, over Shapiro’s comments about the September 2015 incident at MacArthur High School in Irving.

Update: I no sooner post the above story, than a Seattle activist judge over-ruled that order, and extended the block against Trump's order to a nation wide block.

Time will tell, but know this, the US of A must have the right to determine and enforce its own borders . . . . period.
