Trump chooses Rex Tellerson as Secretary of State. What does this mean?

Without getting into Tellerson's background as the top man at Exxon, the take-away in this decision, for me, is this: President Trump listens to the voice of the people. Two weeks ago, popular opinion had Mitt Romney as Secretary of State. I trusted Trump in this apparent decision, while, at the same, being thoroughly disgusted with Romney for obvious reasons.

Well, as things turned out, the uproar was so pronounced that President Trump decided to take a different path proving that he is paying attention . . . . . . proving that Trumps intends to keep his promise and be "our" president.
